(LOCATED ON 3RD FLOOR of Nordstorm's) I have always loved Nordstorm's Marketplace Cafes, but I haven't lived close to one in years, so this was our first and second visit to this location. Now, this is located within Nordstorm, so of course parking at any of Nordstorm's parking lots would be an easy way to reach this restaurant.

Our first visit was on Mother's Day, and while it was a bit busy, I didn't think it was overly crowded. Our youngest is autistic and can be a little too active and loud, so we asked to sit outside so that we could relax and not have to worry about him accidentally interrupting others' Mother's Day meals. There was no one outside, so it was like we had our own private room. The atmosphere was amazing, both inside the cafe and out on the terrace. It is mostly quiet with maybe a medium conversation noise level. Even outside is nice, warm, and quiet. To order, you generally view the menu and pay for the meal before you are seated, so most of the wait is done before you even sit down. This can be a plus for families with energetic kiddos!

The food was delicious! As it always has been... My only complaint is that they no longer offer the Chicken Tomato Alfredo (over 10+ years ago, but I am still upset about it, lol). However, I did find a new pasta dish that I love! Everyone enjoyed it here, and I loved all the healthy options on the kids' menu. Nice full plates with healthy and delicious food options that even my picky eaters loved!

Our second trip was a few days later. We were staying at the nearby Embassy Suites, so I wanted to try to visit at least once more before we left the area. It was the same amazing experience, but this time, it was just the Hubby and me, and we had our meal indoors.

“I had the best experience at CPK brea, the waiter Israel, was absolutely amazing great customer service kept on coming back to refill our drinks and bread consistently asked if everything was okay are order was perfect. Never rushed us and when we asked about the Specialties he took his time to do several recommendations for all of us and because of that we all walked away completely happy after our dinner. Our server was capable and attentive; however, he rushed us to close out at the end of our meal because he was finishing his shift, which was a bit off-putting. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still had a pleasant visit and would definitely return.“

“I brought my sister here for her Bachelorette weekend. We booked the secret room for the evening. We decorated the room, lit some candles, and then one of the hot servers turned out to be the manager, and we had to blow out the candles. They did, however, try to keep our vibe going and brought over some electric candles ✨️

Staff is pretty here, they're all friendly. Bathrooms are interestingly decorated. Boys bathroom has only one room.

The food is WOW. We had steak tartare as a starter, super yum. The French onion soup isn't good. The bourguignon is AMAZING (don't expect it to have noodles). The chicken crepe 😍 The escargot was also delicious. All of the sweets we had were very good - both crème brûle flavors were incredible.

Decor was so cool & very witchy. I recommend having a witch themed-attire to really amp up the energy.

The drinks were creative and tasty. I drank Cerridwen's drink. I didn't realize I loved cherry until then. Their long islands are dangerous ! So watch out.

At some point in the night, Alyssa (our waitress) ran up to tell us that a tarot reader was there. He made the night very interesting and magical.

We made friends in the bathroom, sat down with others at the bar, made more acquaintances, and all the while staff was so much fun and brought the vibe. They made this one of the most memorable nights.

At the end, our responsible friend ushered us outside where we came face-to-face with the manager who had us blow our candles out. We challenged him to a battle... a dance-off. I don't know how many of us did it, but honestly it was ridiculous and amazing. When our Uber arrived, he ensured we were getting in the right vehicle and safe.

The whole night was amazing and we loved how involved/fun the staff was. The whole night felt playful like we were all already friends with everyone there.

“Michelin-Level Experience at Outback Prices The Wild Artichoke in Yorba Linda is a hidden gem. I was expecting something entirely different — and was pleasantly surprised in the best possible way. We started with the smashed potatoes and endive salad, which made for perfect appetizers: light enough not to spoil our appetite, yet full of flavor to whet it. The portions were ideal for sharing with my wife. For our main courses, we ordered from the lunch menu. I had the Wagyu burger, and my wife went with the tempura fish and chips. I’m not sure how they did it, but every bite was incredibly well-balanced. The fish had a crispy exterior, just the right touch of Maldon salt, and a beautifully firm, flaky interior. The tartar sauce was exceptional — rich, creamy, and unlike any I’ve had before. The burger was a standout. Each ingredient was distinct and purposeful — no unnecessary fillers. Every component worked in harmony to deliver deep, layered flavors in every bite. We ended the meal with the Basque cheesecake, which was beautifully presented. It wasn’t overly sweet, and the perfectly burnt top paired wonderfully with the sweet berry compote. A special treat was getting to meet the head chef. What a pleasant surprise. He shared the story behind one of his dishes and mentioned that every item on the menu has its own story and purpose. That passion really comes through in the food. I’ve dined at many fine restaurants, and I can confidently say the quality here rivals places charging $150–$200 per plate. The value is extraordinary for the caliber of cuisine offered. This is a truly special hidden gem — perfect for a relaxed lunch with friends or an intimate dinner date. I can’t wait to try the rest of their menu!“

“We just happened across MBC while visiting Fullerton. What a Gem of a place. Food and service were exceptional. It was so good we had breakfast two days in a row. Tater tots topped with pico were amazing. The pork chop? I would smack someone for the chipotle-hoisin sauce on it. My sister liked the chicken parm. Deserted were amazing, highly recommend the cheesecake sampler (the fried was my favorite). $5 margaritas on Tuesday’s were great too! I would come here again and again! “The best bbq I've had in a goth farm house! Seriously the good is great! everyone ordered something different and we were all very happy. Their own distillery is so good.
The decoration is so fun, so many goth photo opportunities and disney memorabilia.
They have 2 (TWO) secret dining dining rooms (that's all I found at least) hidden behind book cases.

“My wife and I found this place by accident and I’m very glad we did. The decor and atmosphere is very attractive. They have a wide variety of food and drinks. The food is very tasty and the prices are not extreme. Our server, Elena, sorry if I misspelled her name, was so nice and attentive. An added plus is that it is literally right next to the train station-tracks. So you can enjoy, relax and wait for your train. The BLTA is an awesome sandwich. My wife had the patty melt and she enjoyed it very much.“
