“Delicious food and amazing staff! (LOCATED ON 3RD FLOOR of Nordstorm's) I have always loved Nordstorm's Marketplace Cafes, but I haven't lived close to one in years, so this was our first and second visit to this location. Now, this is located within Nordstorm, so of course parking at any of Nordstorm's parking lots would be an easy way to reach this restaurant.

Our first visit was on Mother's Day, and while it was a bit busy, I didn't think it was overly crowded. Our youngest is autistic and can be a little too active and loud, so we asked to sit outside so that we could relax and not have to worry about him accidentally interrupting others' Mother's Day meals. There was no one outside, so it was like we had our own private room. The atmosphere was amazing, both inside the cafe and out on the terrace. It is mostly quiet with maybe a medium conversation noise level. Even outside is nice, warm, and quiet. To order, you generally view the menu and pay for the meal before you are seated, so most of the wait is done before you even sit down. This can be a plus for families with energetic kiddos!

The food was delicious! As it always has been... My only complaint is that they no longer offer the Chicken Tomato Alfredo (over 10+ years ago, but I am still upset about it, lol). However, I did find a new pasta dish that I love! Everyone enjoyed it here, and I loved all the healthy options on the kids' menu. Nice full plates with healthy and delicious food options that even my picky eaters loved!

Our second trip was a few days later. We were staying at the nearby Embassy Suites, so I wanted to try to visit at least once more before we left the area. It was the same amazing experience, but this time, it was just the Hubby and me, and we had our meal indoors.

“I had the best experience at CPK brea, the waiter Israel, was absolutely amazing great customer service kept on coming back to refill our drinks and bread consistently asked if everything was okay are order was perfect. Never rushed us and when we asked about the Specialties he took his time to do several recommendations for all of us and because of that we all walked away completely happy after our dinner. The chicken club sandwich was flavorful, though the chicken breast was significantly smaller than the bread. It would be better to either resize the bread or enhance the portion of chicken. Our server was capable and attentive; however, he rushed us to close out at the end of our meal because he was finishing his shift, which was a bit off-putting. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still had a pleasant visit and would definitely return.“

This isn't my first time here, and I've never had a bad meal here! Their wings, nachos, and crispy chicken sandwich are huge and very tasty. The service was impeccable, the staff is very attentive.
And may I recommend their house Red Ale if you like a good Red Ale. He didn't tell me the name, sorry!!! The atmosphere was chill, football fans from every team just chillin' with great food and great drinks!!!“

“Michelin-Level Experience at Outback Prices The Wild Artichoke in Yorba Linda is a hidden gem. I was expecting something entirely different — and was pleasantly surprised in the best possible way. We started with the smashed potatoes and endive salad, which made for perfect appetizers: light enough not to spoil our appetite, yet full of flavor to whet it. The portions were ideal for sharing with my wife. For our main courses, we ordered from the lunch menu. I had the Wagyu burger, and my wife went with the tempura fish and chips. I’m not sure how they did it, but every bite was incredibly well-balanced. The fish had a crispy exterior, just the right touch of Maldon salt, and a beautifully firm, flaky interior. The tartar sauce was exceptional — rich, creamy, and unlike any I’ve had before. The burger was a standout. Each ingredient was distinct and purposeful — no unnecessary fillers. Every component worked in harmony to deliver deep, layered flavors in every bite. We ended the meal with the Basque cheesecake, which was beautifully presented. It wasn’t overly sweet, and the perfectly burnt top paired wonderfully with the sweet berry compote. A special treat was getting to meet the head chef. What a pleasant surprise. He shared the story behind one of his dishes and mentioned that every item on the menu has its own story and purpose. That passion really comes through in the food. I’ve dined at many fine restaurants, and I can confidently say the quality here rivals places charging $150–$200 per plate. The value is extraordinary for the caliber of cuisine offered. This is a truly special hidden gem — perfect for a relaxed lunch with friends or an intimate dinner date. I can’t wait to try the rest of their menu!“

The jackfruit tacos and Buffalo cauliflower (especially the Tuesday cauliflower tacos!) were amazing. The new avocado taco just isn’t the same. “We just happened across MBC while visiting Fullerton. What a Gem of a place. Food and service were exceptional. It was so good we had breakfast two days in a row. First trip my husband I shared the breakfast tacos and Carmel macchiatos. Next day we shared a breakfast bowl and macchiatos. Whenever we are close we will eat here. We also bought a bag of coffee and a bottle of spice.“
