“High quality frozen yogurt and ice cream. Frozen yogurt is my jam and I eat it everywhere. Yogurt chains taste chemically. You can tell The Sweet Stuff is made with quality ingredients making the yogurt SO MUCH yummier. And the baked goods, delicious. I have had cakes made here, cupcakes, and eaten a number of goodies for sale in shop. Really, really good treats that my family and I will drive 30+ minutes to eat. Worth it“

Alessio is kind and friendly, the Gelato is amazingly delicious, the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the Gelato (or affogato, if you're so inclined), and we love to sit in the back shared space and listen to some live music on the weekends. No public restrooms onsite at this shop. Order onsite while waiting in line. Beautiful cute spot with good views for taking photos of your ice cream. Come on a sunny day or the photos you take on cloudy gray sky days may turn out less ideal. My hands and mouth were focused more on eating ice cream, so I almost forgot to take photos of it. Ice cream represents freedom and happiness at any age and time. It's always the moment of enjoyment that counts. Delicious and as good and enjoyable as it looks. The place has been here forever. “We've been a few times and have ordered nearly everything on the menu. Every dish is absolutely delicious! We love that the menu changes periodically so we can keep trying new things. Prices are very reasonable especially when dining with kids. Highly recommend trying this new restaurant. And don't skip the ice cream!“

“Small bakery inside the casino but close to the self-park entrance/exit doors. The cakes are delicious and our favorites are the flourless chocolate cake, cheese cake and carrot cake. They have small size cakes that are not overly sweet and perfect size for a treat. Cake designs are intricate and classy too. Open 24/7. Haven't found any cakes better than theirs! Availability of cake flavors can be limited at times and you may find they run out of small cake selections towards the night not unlike pre-covid when they had more out on display. Cake designs can vary too so that may throw you off when looking for your favorite flavor. Just a heads-up, there is no seating at this place and you will have to enjoy your treats somewhere else. Casino is also a smoking location and can be difficult to handle when all you want to do is get yourself a nice sweet treat.“

“We stopped in here three times during our stay in Solvang. The first was for lunch - we had the Caprese Panini and Arugula Salad. The second time was to pick up a salad for a picnic. On our last visit, we bought French chocolates made by French chocolatier Jean-Michele Carré. Everything was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the service was great.“

“Soo much yummy chocolate and ice cream! The service was awesome, so nice and the chocolate to die for! Rock chocolate was fabulous, the sea salt caramel chocolate squares were superb, the dark chocolate peanut cups were super creamy, then almond toffee was scrumptious, I really love chocolate in case you can tell and Ingeborg's absolutely delivers! The Danish town setting of Solvang is so nostalgic, it's like being in west coast European oasis! Definitely should be a destination if your ever in Solvang California“

“We decided to stop at Café Dolce on a Tuesday afternoon because it was one of the few places open and were pleasantly surprised. They have a variety of sandwiches, salads and soups, and the breakfast menu looked pretty good too. The sandwiches are a perfect size to eat with lots of great ingredients but not too full, which sometimes I feel like Panino (their neighbors) sandwiches are so packed they're difficult to eat, especially when wine tasting. There's a few covered tables outside (dog friendly) and some booths inside, with lots of fun pictures to look at of famous people who have visited. There's an assortment of baklava behind the counter and to top it off they serve McConnell's ice cream which you can't pass up on!“

“My friends and I stopped by Alisal Ice Cream on Sat, 3/11/2023 a little after 3:30PM. They had tons of flavors including the following: Vanilla Cream, Rocky Road, Pistachio Nut, Pecan Praline, Choc Chip Cookie Dough, Strawberry Cheesecake, Mocha Almond Fudge, Coconut Pineapple, Choc, Mint Chip, Cookies, Choc Chip, Bubble Gum, Spumoni, Butter Pecan, Coffee Bean, Cotton Candy, Black Cherry I ended up ordering: 1 Scoop Mint Chip w/ Waffle Cone - $6.41 (including tax, price as of 3/2023) - You cannot go wrong with Mint Chip, which is my go-to ice cream flavor. Quite yummy, one scoop comes out to be like two in your waffle cone. Definitely hit the spot, and was a little dessert after our lunch! Store Exterior: They have a cute little sign with their name in pink along with an ice cream cone. Would be cute to take pics outside and enjoy your cone! Customer Service: The lady who helped us was so nice and patient when we took a little bit of time deciding what flavor to get! She was so cheery and didn't rush us at all! I'd consider coming back next time I'm back in Solvang!“
