“This year we chose Black Bear diner for the location of our annual Chrispen Team Pumpkin Pie giveaway, and we couldn't have been more impressed. The manager Isaid was amazing from the start helping me plan the event and order hundreds of pies. The large patio provided a private and cheerful atmosphere and was the perfect spot for the event. Carlos and the rest of the staff were amazingly attentive and handled everything we needed on the day of the event. All of our clients raved about how delicious the pies were and loved the convenient location. We can't wait to come back next year!“

“Great food but telling me to celebrate my birthday at Pauls place? There are many places including Jersey Mike's, Farmer Boys, and restaurants etc that give you free food for your birthday. I'll celebrate it at those places. That being said, The quality at Paul's has always been top notch every time. 5 stars for food minus 1 for no promotions.“

“Definitely a recommend if you are anywhere near the Buena Park area. We drove over 2 1/2 hours just to have a day here. Food is pretty good and you get a decent amount. Staff are always friendly. The dinner show is great with all the horses and fighting. Kids and adults will love it. We had the green knight and he won this day!“

“We made a reservation for 7pm on a Friday night. Had to wait through a lot of Knott's Scary Farm traffic just to get in the parking lot though. Even though we had a reservation, we still ended up waiting about 10-15 minutes past that time, but we could see that there were open tables available. I figured since it is wide open inside, it'd be pretty loud, but it really wasn't bad. We could still hold a conversation and hear each other well, even though there were music videos playing and lots of people around us. Our servers were really attentive. Our main server had to take a break and was really transparent about handing us off to someone else. We ordered a Bloody Mary (spicy!! but safe), and a strawberry basil margarita (decent). For our meals we got the Bill Graham BBQ Chicken Pizza, which was excellent. It had lots of flavor, the perfect amount of cheese, and wasn't greasy or soggy at all. I'd be hard-pressed to order something different if we ever visit a R&B again! We also got the Blackened Chicken Pasta, which was very good too - just the right amount of spice, good flavors, and the chicken was perfect. Overall, we had a really good experience at Rock & Brews, and would come back if we're ever visiting the area again.“

What a smart decision, the food was very good, however the service was outstanding, our server Rudy was super helpful and made the experience even more enjoyable. “I recently stopped by The Cauldron for drinks and appetizers, and it did not disappoint! The highlight of the evening was definitely the French onion soup—it was rich and flavorful, truly stealing the show. We also tried the Brussels sprouts, which were delicious. The charcuterie board was a feast for the eyes and the taste buds, and the inclusion of black cheese added a fun Halloween touch. Overall, a fantastic experience that I highly recommend I enjoyed it all on the patio.“

This is my personal opinion considering the price and food quality.

It's been a while since I've been there, but I like the atmosphere and the taste is always the same.

Best food very cheap warm and delicious soup Thank you for the kind service of the elderly servers. We go often without worrying about my wallet.

“Quaint little sit down restaurant inside Ghost Town. We ordered the Roasted Chicken Dinner with mashed potatoes and steamed veggies. The roasted drumsticks and thigh were very moist and flavorful. However, the large chicken breast was dry and hard. My teen ordered the Ghost Town Burger with French fries and said it was dry, needed thousand island or a moist beef patty. Fries were crunchy (dry but had good seasoning).“

Last night, I had the pleasure of enjoying an IPA at Calico Saloon while being serenaded by the Summer Nights band. The evening was a delightful blend of refreshing drinks and lively music.

Calico Saloon provided the perfect rustic backdrop, with its old-timey charm and welcoming atmosphere. The warm summer night and the live music created an ambiance that was both relaxing and exhilarating.

**The Beer:**
The IPA I ordered was a highlight of the evening. From the first sip, it was clear that this brew was crafted with care. It had a rich, golden hue and a robust aroma of citrus and pine. The flavor profile was well-balanced, featuring a harmonious blend of hoppy bitterness and subtle malt sweetness. The crisp finish left me eager for the next sip, making it a perfect choice for a warm summer night.

**The Experience:**
Sipping on this IPA while enjoying the energetic performance of the Summer Nights band was an experience to remember. The band's vibrant tunes complemented the beer perfectly, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. It was a night filled with great music, excellent company, and a fantastic IPA that I'll definitely be returning for.

“My son and I dined here for breakfast. We both had the American breakfast, eggs, bacon and toast. The eggs were good, mine over easy and my son liked his scrambled. The toast was good as were the potatoes. The OJ was also good. We enjoyed it so much we both had the same breakfast the second day.“

All of the food was good but some of us ordered the Thanksgiving Pasties and they were DELICIOUS. Highly recommend Ghost Town Grill over any of the faster places at Knotts. Ony request for Knotts- bring back the Boysenberry Gin & Tonics! They were FABULOUS and we were so disappointed you took them off the menu!“

“it was a Sunday morning and before getting there before stepping inside, we could see that there was a line. We came to find out how long the wait would be the attendant said it would be 510 minutes. It ended up being more like an hour for a party of two. very disappointed at the fact that they said five or 10 minutes but it’s understandable food here is better than average, and the service is the best part. They are very friendly and took care of everything quickly. Besides the wait time everything else was better than average. I do recommend this place when they do not have a line. The location is small and it seems like often times it’s always overpacked. This is a four star location. In my opinion I will eat here again if I don’t have to wait so long.“

Everybody there was smiling having a good time talking to all of us helping each other out. I saw lots of teamwork. The restaurant was immaculate. The people that checked us in were very nice. I talked to the manager. She was very sweet and kind. The food was delicious. We will definitely be back.“
