My partner and I ate so much food that we only stopped because we were too full. Everything was satisfying, from the service to the food. Our compliments to the Chef! “Roll & Teriyaki is a good local spot for delicious, fast-casual Japanese food at affordable prices. The quiet and clean dining area will accommodate small groups or solo diners.

The menu boasts Japanese favorites that most people will be familiar with. The value-packed combos are a real treat. I've also enjoyed the chicken and beef teriyaki bowls, as well as the sushi and roll offerings. While they may not offer as many fish varieties as other places, the ones they do have are all fresh and satisfying.

For a small, mom-and-pop restaurant, I'm glad there's a place like this close to home and affordable. The service is good. I've visited many times and the owner is a man of few words. The other staff have been nice as well.

If you're on a budget and craving Japanese food, R&T is worth checking out. There is plenty of parking in the public lot.“

“Lunch special here is unbeatable. They offer so many different rolls, appetizers, nigiri, soups, etc. it’s all delicious (except for the popcorn chicken). I am already thinking about coming back here again cause it was that good.

“Recently had lunch as a first-timer, and I enjoyed my meal. I've been eyeing this place for awhile, thanks to social media. The menu offers plenty of tasty options, from ramen to sushi and sushi rolls, udon, soba, rice bowls, and more. Vegetarian options are also available.

I ordered the Spicy Ramen along with a couple of pieces of nigiri sushi. The Spicy Ramen has a flavorful pork-and-chicken broth that's not too heavy, and the spice level is medium. Ask for more spice if you like the heat. The pork chashu was thin, but very tender and tasty with a bit of melt-in-the-mouth fat still.

I also ordered yellowtail sushi and seared peppered salmon sushi. Both cuts were delicious and prepared well.

The staff was kind and attentive. The dining area is spacious with plenty of tables and is kept clean. Some pleasant-looking decor as well. Parking can be tricky as the plaza has other popular businesses, and the lot can fill up fast. Can't wait to try more of the menu soon.“

As the name suggests, the main dish is a combination of rice and soup, and the gentle seasoning that brings out the flavors of the ingredients is appealing. We especially recommend the soup rice, which has plenty of ingredients and is perfectly balanced and nutritious. It's filling, but not heavy, and it leaves you feeling warm and warm even after you've finished eating. The inside of the restaurant is clean and has a calm atmosphere, so it's perfect for when you want to have a quick meal by yourself. “I saw that this was the only place here at the Source that had the Sausage and Rice Cake skewers so I had to try it while I was here. I've been wanting to try this for the longest time ever since I saw it in Korean dramas and tv shows.The skewers were 5.99 each, which was a bit overpriced. They were ready fast though, and the lady who took my order was friendly and even gave us extra trays to eat the skewers.The rice cake and sausage is covered in sweet red pepper gochujang sauce but it wasn't too sweet. Eating the sausage and rice cake together was sooo good and I can see why it's a popular street snack. The portion is pretty good too, and I felt quite full.“

“Came by Ozen Sushi in Buena Park for a late-night AYCE run and it was solid overall. It’s one of the few sushi spots around that stays open until 2AM, which already makes it convenient. The menu has a lot to choose from—rolls, nigiri, hand rolls, carpaccio—and the portions felt fair. I liked that the rice wasn’t overly heavy, so you don’t feel stuffed too fast. Out of everything we tried, the yellowtail carpaccio and baked crawfish roll stood out the most. Both had good flavor and didn’t feel rushed or sloppy. The Aloha Roll, Ozen Roll, and spicy scallop handroll were all decent too, just not as memorable for me. Service was fine and the place was clean, nothing fancy but comfortable enough to hang out for a bit. Overall, a reliable AYCE option, especially if you’re craving sushi late at night.“
