“Nestled in Burbank, Eat N Park is a phenomenal breakfast spot & is a true hidden gem! Get there early because it does get packed and for good reason! Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. They treat everyone as if you were dining in their home! From one Armenian Chef to another Shad Shad shunorhagal em! We will definitely see you again soon!“

“Really good classic Italian food in Burbank. We say didn't and ate. We got meatball sandwich which is really yummy. The meatballs are huge and the sauce is delicious. It's exactly what you want in a meatball sandwich Love the food here. There is also a little Italian market attached to the restaurant that has lots of good stuff and a little deli as well“

“We come here often, my friend & I, and we always enjoy the food, service & servers. Everyone is always kind here and they go out of their way to make sure you're comfortable and ask if you need anything quite often throughout the meal. They don't rush us to leave either cuz usually when we meet up we're there for a couple of hours and just enjoy ourselves and the food and the tea or coffee and just have a good time. I suggest you try them & order the wheat pancakes! Its my go to & I love them. Also, exchanging items in your meal is no problem! Love it here!“

“Spent Christmas morning here and the food and service was amazing! I ordered a burger with seasoned fries and was pleasantly surprised how amazingly delicious the food was! My husband got an omelette and steak and we were both very satisfied with our orders. Our server anticipated our requests before we even asked and the staff was very friendly overall. We also appreciated that the manager kept checking in with us to make sure service was great and it was. Overall I was surprised at how great the service and food was here. We originally only stopped by because it was the only restaurant open at the time but now me and my husband plan to make this a monthly visit because we had such a great experience here. In a day and age where it seems the hospitality industry is leaving the customer service experience behind, I am glad that restaurants like Denny’s still exist and are upholding the customer experience tradition alive. “Didn’t know the diner was in a hotel so make sure you look for the hotel, not the diner’s name! Lovely staff, especially the lady that served us. Really welcoming and patient since we weren’t sure what to get and asked for takeaway. Food was delicious, definitely recommend the chicken sandwich and their fries are seasoned really well.“

The lady that rang me up had a welcoming personality and another lady delivered it with a beautiful smile! The menu options are affordable. the food was so fresh and the restaurant was very clean! “This is a crazy story but about a year, maybe two years ago max, my family and I went to eat here on an afternoon where an armed gunman was out on Roscoe. The waitresses working that day acted quickly, courageously, and kindly as they stepped up to guide us all toward safety. We hid until the man was apprehended by the police, and honestly for a moment so out there, it showed the adaptability and awareness of the staff. I don't know their names or if they're still at this location, but they made that day better despite the initial terror. Our food has always been delicious here and prepared timely, and overall I have no complaints.“
