“Mazzetti's bakery knocked it out of the park with our wedding cake. We discovered Mazzetti's through our wedding vendor, Wedgewood Weddings. Nice knowing there was already a designated cake vendor who would deliver to our venue without any extra stress and coordination on our part. Sampling- when ready to taste test, simply email to share a day that you will pick up your sample box. We were given 9 cupcakes with various flavor options. Style: In an email, we received sample photos and options of cake flavors and decorations. I think this process could be upgraded with tech to make it more interactive, rather than a non-writable pdf attachment. Tech aside, the pictures helped share the combinations of options and process simple with Mazzetti's reaching back out by email closer to the wedding date to confirm party size and flavors chosen. Cake: Taste- I'll definitely be going back for more! We chose the following: Top- white with apricot filling Middle- red velvet with cream cheese frosting Bottom- carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Fun being able to choose different flavors for each tier. Our guests loved all of them! As most bride/grooms, we didn't even get to eat the cake at our wedding because we were too busy dancing, but our venue packed up a sample box to go which we enjoyed for breakfast the next morning, savoring every bite! Overall- glad to have found a new local bakery I trust. Even will make the 45 min drive out to Pacifica to visit Mazzetti's on weekends, which always has a line of locals out the door. Check this place out for quick sweets or scheduled parties and celebrations. They won't disappoint!“
“OBSESSED with this coffee/donut shop! I would consider this a hidden gem for their speed, convenience, and best people as well as coffee/pastry styles. Very East Coast style with products while also having a West Coast twist. Extremely mild coffee, not too strong but far from watery. The pastries are wonderful, and try to tip here if you have extra change. Local-owned and humble environment. I pray one day they may have enough customers to start a free wifi...“

“Parking lot is small and shared by other businesses. they are open 24/7 ! When i went it was 10pm and still many options to choose from. Donuts are fluffy and soft. Huge to. Paid $25 for 6 donuts . Alot of seating areas. Lady who helped us was nice and attentive, looked like she was working alone though . They make the donuts fresh everyday! They have coffee and a fridge full of varieties of drinks. They even have plain milk when we asked for it! Would come again and recommend!“

“Super cute tiny spot! We came during rush hour so the wait for our order was 40 mins to an hour. The ladies were super sweet and gave us free donuts though! They're really funny and made it a bit better. The drinks themselves were just the right amount of sweetness and we'd definitely recommend the ube boba drink!“

“Wish i got a picture of the full box! One of the vendors that we work with brought a variety box for us, & they were soo good! One of the sales guys usually brings in a box of donuts every friday for everyone nearby, but even he has to admit that these were way better! Soo fluffy & tasty, some were jelly filled, some were cream filled, even the glaze on them were just scrumptious. Can't give them a full 5 stars because i haven't been there yet so i cannot give a full review, but next time i'm in Redwood City i'll be sure to stop by & give an updated review!“

It's a busy place, so it would be best if you don't go around foody time. Like 11am-1pm(lunch) 4-6pm (dinner). It's a very small place. But very good. Inexpensive also.“

“I love Royal Pin. Great customer service and the donuts are really good. I do not shop the bigger known donut shop. Royal Pin is it for coffee, donuts or breakfast sandwiches. Go early and get the donuts while they are still warm. Try the Peacan Roll. If you go after 10am you have a slim selection to choose from. There is plenty parking. They even have a drive thru window. Try Royal Pin at least one time & you will be hooked.“
“Amazzzzzing crispy pata! I'm so glad that I gave this place a try. The portion is huge and the meats are super tender and juicy with perfectly cooked crispy skin! The fat to lean meat ratio is perfect too. I'm obsessed. This is the second time I've gotten crispy pata and I wasn't very sure if I want to get it in the beginning because I got it from another restaurant the first time and it was pretty dry and chewy. And as someone who cooks I understand that frying something this big with no batter on it would easily make the lean part of the meats too dry and the skin too hard, but they did an excellent job. I would have never expected the lean meat to be this juicy and soft. It took half an hour for it to get delivered to me and I was walking in the rain with it in my hand without an umbrella for half an hour after I got it, yet it's still burning hot on the inside when I was ready to eat it. I would 100% come back again for the crispy pata and I would like to try out other dishes too! Filipino food is my new thing now“
“Love this place for boba. It’s different (in a great way) in the sense that it has a Pacific Islander influence. The Tongan Mango Otai is my favorite. They have photos with the drink names if you need help envisioning what the drinks are. Great little spot with even better music always playing. Staff are always nice. “I was pretty impressed with my visit to Royal Donut Cafe. I didn't come for their donuts, but for their breakfast and they had some of the best country fried steak I've had a in a while. The interior is very dated so that might turn some people off, but they are expanding the restaurant and taking over the space next door. They said that there is a possibility that they open for dinner in the future too. Staff were very friendly as well. Parking in the area is certainly a pain in the area, but there are paid parking lots near by. Country Fried Steak & Eggs ($15.95) was what I ordered and it was massive. I was stuffed after eating it and the steak had the perfect breading. The sausage gravy was very tasty and the hash browns were also a large portion. The eggs they also cooked really well and they don't overcook them like I accidently do at home because I love runny eggs. It is definitely worth a visit here although I have no input on their donuts or pastries personally. Their breakfast is top tier though and you get large portions. Would recommend this breakfast spot to anyone in the area.“
