“When we arrived a large party, with lots of noisy kids, were preparing to leave. However, it took them a while, so it was noisy and chaotic. But, when they left we really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the outdoor patio. You never believe you're sitting next to the very busy parking lot. Kevin was our waiter, again. He was very apologetic for the chaos and, as on previous occasions, very friendly and efficient. My friend wasn't hungry, so she only ate 1/2 of her 1/2 roasted beet salad. She did enjoy it and took the rest to go. I had my usual pasta with goat cheese and marinara sauce. I was hungry and ate my entire dish, whereas I normally take half to go. It was delicious, of course. Overall, we had a nice lunch and catch up. I'll be back.“

“We went for dinner with the family on a Tuesday night. The place has a high ceiling and is very open - much like an attic space. The counter at the front has a huge refrigerated case with nice looking pastries. We didn't try the pastries. We were seated and the waiter came quickly. She took our drink order and came back for our entree order right after. We all chose pasta. I had the bolognese tagliatelle. My husband had the plain red sauce. My husband reported that his pasta was great. Mine sauce was good but not great. It was soft and lacked depth, or character. The pasta itself was good, not the pasta. My main concern was the noise level. Granted, I'm not young, but the hard floors and high ceilings weren't softened by any soft covers, so it was deafening to me.“

“I grew up in this area, and honestly, this mall used to feel so dead. It’s wild how much it’s transformed. I was back in town visiting a friend and decided to check it out, and wow, totally different vibe now. Even for a weekday lunch, the place was buzzing with people. Definitely make a reservation if you want a specific time, because I’m glad I booked ahead.

The atmosphere is super cute, and the food really surprised me, in the best way. I came in with low expectations, but everything we ordered was on point. Service was excellent, too. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, and kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed.

One highlight I have to mention: I asked for hot sauce on the side, and they brought out this house spicy sauce (not sure of the exact name) that was SO GOOD. If you’re into heat, definitely ask for it. It really takes the food up a notch.“

“My husband and I usually go during happy hour for their poke nachos and crispy brussel sprouts but have tried a few other things. Everything we've tried has been delicious but occasionally varies in preparation quality. We went on March 18th and ordered the poke nachos but they were not as good. The portion was a lot smaller than usual, so we decided to order another one. The second one came out great (I included a picture of the one prepared correctly) and that's when we realized they left off ingredients from the first one sent. They were still good but it was interesting that the two plates were that different. We didn't mention this to our waiter and I'm sure they would have been accommodating but maybe plates should be checked for quality before they're delivered?

Another note, we usually sit at the bar but we got a table the last time since the bar was packed. We were obviously fine with this but the cleanliness was extremely lacking. The menus had food on them and greasy fingerprints. I'm also not sure why the booths are never wiped down?? The tables are cleaned but the food just lands on the seats. Then you're wondering what else isn't cleaned, look around, and notice all the other spots that aren't wiped down. So gross.“

“I was visiting family I haven’t seen for awhile and wanted to eat Jerry’s deli what was my surprise urban plates took over I looked at the menu and decided to try it big portions, healthy , comfort food service was great specially was clean I will definitely come back soon.“

“Finney’s a solid choice if you’re looking for an American gastropub that’s family friendly and offers quality food and drinks. I’ve been to at least four locations and they’re all pretty great. The only reason I didn’t give the food five stars is that the food portions are a bit on the smaller side. For example, if you’re an active adult male (like my hubby) and you order shrimp tacos as your entree, you’ll likely need to add a salad with protein or an appetizer. Aside from that minor note, highly recommend!“

“I celebrated Mother’s Day on the 12th of May 2024 at Joey in Woodland Hills. Very friendly atmosphere. Friendly welcoming . We had a very good and friendly service from Kavin. Good food. Nice presentation.“

“Stayed here for a few days. Restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner. No food between 10-4pm if you’re in the hotel. Their little market does have food to go options.

Breakfast opens at 6am. Sadly, you can’t pre-order. I ordered for delivery one more and then pickup the next. If you order online, make sure to pay attention if you pick room service or pickup.

Had dinner a few times. They have grilled octopus. The one that I got was a tad salty and lemony. I’m not keen on lemon on my seafood. It was tender. So if you don’t mind it, then you’ll be ok. Otherwise, let them know to go easy on the lemon and salt. Also ordered fish tacos, chicken wings and truffle Parmesan fries. Out of all of them, I’d say truffle Parmesan was the best.

“I had a wonderful stay at Malibu Beach Inn! The hotel facilities were truly exceptional. The location right on the beach is absolutely stunning, and the views from the rooms are breathtaking. The rooms themselves are elegantly decorated and extremely comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. One of the highlights of the stay was meeting Realda. She was the most gracious host and her attention to detail was incredible. She kindly upgraded our room as it was my sisters birthday, we had a cake in the room along with a sweet birthday card. She packed up a bag of towels and freshly baked cookies we could enjoy on the beach. She was amazing! Malibu Beach Inn exceeded my expectations in every way, providing a luxurious and unforgettable beachfront experience. I can't wait to return and make more cherished memories at this exceptional hotel.“

I called around to several places and with very slow response times and abruptness directing me back to the website for Uber delivery. The host and manager Spencer followed up on the order and went out of the way to make sure it was a great experience for the group and the stressed out person (me:) trying to coordinate for the group. “We didn't know there was an event at the Marriott. Very noisy and many people walking through the restaurant. It would have been helpful to know in advance when I booked on line that there was a major event at that location. Other than that, it was good“

“From the moment my daughter and I walked in, we were greeted cheerfully. It took a moment for a waiter to show himself, but I was really impressed when he took our 'specialized ' order for appetizers and drinks without writing it down. Very fast service. He gave us enough time to enjoy the appetizers before coming to ask about entrees. When asked about certain cuts of steak, he was very knowledgeable on each one and how the taste would be. These again were not written down but perfectly delivered. When I asked him for suggestions on the cheesecake dessert, he was extremely helpful with informing us what he, himself, had tried as well as thoughts on other cheesecakes other patrons had eaten. His recommendations were a thousand percent on point. (Some servers seem to listen but they don't really...this guy did and was simply fantastic). He was very situationally aware and seemed to know when my daughter or I needed him (great technique). He provided a bag of things that I had ordered to go right as we were finishing up our cheesecake. There was no rush. We finished our drinks as he provided the bill. Our waiter took the bill and payment, was gone for maybe 2 minutes, said thank you with a smile and left to let us totally finish up and prepare to leave. I know that I am not by any means the best tipper...but I waitressed myself in younger years and my server blew me away. On a check, I gave him $40 on the credit card and then another $40 in cash. I'm not bragging about it. But I am saying that he did such a wonderful job that he deserve a big tip. (It was only my daughter and I) I think this young man definitely deserved a large tip. The Cheesecake Factory - a beautiful place with fantastic servers and hostess's. (At least at the Northridge mall.) Thank you again for the beautiful good and the exceptional service! (Can't remember the servers name....possibly Charles?!?😂 )“

The prices on most things can be a bit expensive but your paying for organic foods and of great quality. They also have lots of ready made foods and a place to dine in. “My bf and I went to tender greens to have a lighter meal because we ate a little late this evening. We’re from Iowa so we found this place and saw that it had great reviews. We both had salmon but I had the pacific bowl and he had the California bowl. I can say I would eat this over and over and over again. It was so good!! We also had the watermelon agua Fresca and it was so fresh. I even forgot to take pictures of my food because of how good it was! 10/10 no changes needed to be made. The only “downside” was we ordered our food ahead of time and it wasn’t ready when we got there but it was definitely worth the wait!!“
