“The meal was satisfactory, however, the cost was significantly higher than what I would consider reasonable for the meal I received. I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich, and while it was enjoyable, I do not believe it was worth the price I paid.“

“Celebrated an early Mothers Day with lunch at The Veranda. The grounds are stunning, food was delicious, value was to be expected for the type of venue it is. We took a walk around afterwards, and this place can not be beat for the beauty. May is a perfect time to visit with all the flower in bloom. Server was very nice and pleasant but slow. They are always booked so this may be the norm. Definitely would not stop us for going again, and again. :)“

“Shoutout to Tanner man, he's the employee on the front lines handling business. An angry, drunk customer who wanted to get free food by throwing a tantrum was tamed by this man. Apparently that customer comes in weekly and Tanner is ready to mitigate the situation every time. I love Luna Grill, I go here to enjoy delicious food and normally it's pretty chill here. But that guy was on the loose, hungry for success and Tanner kept his composure. That's the kind of service and clear thinking under pressure that's inspiring. If you're reading this Tanner and ever considered Real Estate, you can get your license and I'll personally refer you to the company I work for: Realty ONE Group Pacific--office in Carlsbad. “Amazing buffalo chicken and cheesesteak pizza. I thought the cheesesteak could use a little more salt but otherwise delicious food. The guys that work there are also incredibly friendly. When we went to order there was only 1 guy cooking alone but he did great and we didn't have to wait too long! I definitely recommend. Try their tiramisu, not sure if it's made in house but it's so yummy!“

“This place is awesome from great quality to customer service , Sean and Laura are very nice. I really recommend this place , so far I’ve tried the chicken chipotle torta ( bomb). Horchata oatmeal water ( the best ) . Fruit salads are very delicious as well. People you should give it a try, you won’t regret it.“

“This place is excellent! I've been here many times-always good BUT...it has grown into a wonderful experience. Our lunch choices were all great - no way to improve them. We had a Reuben, a Make-Your-Own (roast beef, havarti, onion roll), & a Deli Rose - all super. The sandwiches came with chips & pickles, we added pepperonis & a veggie bowl. All so good. Now for the 'staff'. They have a way of making you feel welcomed & cared for. We deserved a frown - asking for an outside table & then had to ask to move inside after the breeze appeared but we didn't get anything but understanding. Smiles, suggestions, and explanations about the menu - I left feeling like I had been to a friend's house. I will be back very soon!“

“Food was decent, the servers were friendly, but the overall Service was meh. We were a group of 6 guys who were celebrating a pal's birthday (cost was not an issue).We had issues receiving the following after many requests:* Additional Bread - requested 6 times* Red Pepper flakes - requested 4 times* Refilled water glass (never happened)Appreciated dining at Via Vai but they aren't the only restaurant in town. Won't be back for a very long while.“

“Called to ask if they delivered our hotel. The food arrived hot and right on time. We got wings and two pineapple and ham pizzas.Food was great and they even threw in cups and plates since we were getting delivery to a hotel.Would recommend to anyone looking for good pizza after a built day.“

I’m newly meatless so I look for meals that are colorful, flavorful and fun. This was a HIT!! They’re mushroom philly’s are also A HIT but they’ve sadly been discontinued. “Food was fantastic, it’s a small place and the atmosphere is ok, but it but it could be jazzed up. Some of the best burgers I have ever had. They look just like the pictures and the meat is tasty and juicy. The prices are reasonable but on the higher side for burger and fries. Will go again for my $15 burger!“

“Pizza was amazing. We had the Signature one, Knockout. Pepperoni sausage mushroom garlic and it is one of the top 5 i've ever had. Crust tasty and not greasy. Cesar salad crisp, dressing thick and delicious. Croutons tasted homemade. We loved it.“

“We were just visiting Oceanside, California, and we went here for dinner. The food was amazing. The service was on point. And if you wanted fresh ground black pepper, they were very accommodating. Our waitress took very good care of us and saw to our needs. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to spend a little money.“

The service was wonderful, this was our first time, and a male employee kindly kept checking that we had what we needed. Ordered the small veggie pizza, thin crust, and friend ordered a small bruschetta pizza, also thin crust. Both pizzas had ample ingredients and were nongreasy. This place totally hit it out of the park.“

“I’ve truly never had a bad experience here. I stop here often, but most recently was the trip that prompted this 5 star review. I stopped in with my husband, niece and two nephews. I was tired and it had been a long day but every member of the staff that I encountered brought a smile to my face with their words/actions and it felt so refreshing to be surrounded by kind people. The food as always was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. My husband and I enjoyed having a quick dinner with our niece and nephews who were just over the moon about the mac n cheese and the play place.“
