The demeanor of the gentleman behind the counter was just plain pleasant. He took his time and did a great job. The service was great.

October 2024 flavours: All pretty average. This is quite the disappointing month. None of the limited edition flavours really stood out. Ended up getting a split scoop of the candycopia (the candy bits were nice) and creepy crawlers (the matcha was acceptable). Pumpkin bread could use more pumpkin spice, essence of ghost is for the licorice lovers, blackberry tamales is skippable.“

Been here twice now and I think the only note I’d make is I feel like the line/ ordering setup is a bit confusing. Not sure if it’s just customer error or the actual setup, but both times it felt like there was more of a crowd of people by the register and displays than a line. The most recent time the people behind me somehow were served first and the people behind them ended up behind me and asked me if I knew how the line worked.

But again, could just easily be customer error and it is a new business so they have time to work that out.

The crepe batter might have been a little bit thick so the crepe wasn't as light as some of the Japanese crepes places I've been to, but overall it was good, with plenty of bananas and strawberries. “The best cookies I’ve had in a while. I don’t have much of a sweet tooth but these are so so good! I love the new variety of flavors every week and how they’re so unique and different than the generic cookies you buy in the grocery store. The price isn’t too bad either! For a box of 6 cookies it’s $22 but the cookies are HUGE. I can never finish one by myself so I leave them to the rest of my family. Also pro tip download the crumble app so you can earn free rewards. 100 points equals to $10 you can use towards the cookies.“

There's often a line during peak hours, but it moves quickly! The storefront itself is super small but there's plenty of seating outside. Never had issues parking in the Main St structure; however, street parking can be hard around mealtimes.“

The biggest downfall is that we should be able to try a couple flavors to see what we like and don’t like before purchasing, I have purchased a couple times where I ended up throwing away my $9 yogurt because it didn’t taste right to me, had I been able to sample first I would’ve known not to purchase that flavor. Employees there were extremely welcoming and allowed me and my girl try out multiple flavors! I originally went inside to see the prices for this area and found that it starts at 4.99 for a scoop which is a great price compared to baskin Robbin’s or other ice cream shops. I highly recommend coming to this shop if you are in the area to receive amazing service and pay a fair price for ice cream and Italian ice.

All the flavors we sampled were great! Definitely coming back to buy the next time I stop by the area!

Stopped by for some gelato and was really impressed by the variety of flavors, especially the lactose-free (vegan) options. Got to try three samples, and all of them were smooth, flavorful, and well-balanced. It can be hard to find good dairy-free gelato, but they nailed the texture—creamy and satisfying without feeling icy or thin.
