“First of all, the customer service was excellent. The girl who served us was very nice. However, I believe the area where people eat should be cleaned every time someone finishes their meal, as there were still crumbs on the surface where we sat. There's only one table where people can sit. The rest is a countertop on the side of the wall and tall chairs to sit on. The food was great, but I don't recommend eating there.“

“Craving Mexican food and found a gem!
Stopped by The Big Burrito and ordered the asada burrito — the meat was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. For the price, it’s honestly a steal.
They also had homemade chiles en vinagre that were delicious and full of tangy heat. Plus, they offer both red and green salsa — if you like spice, go for the red! 🔥
Great food, solid value, and bold flavors. I’ll definitely be coming back.
5 stars! 🌯🌟“

“Many options including vegan/vegetarian. Service was always prompt and food always fresh and delicious. Speciality drinks like horchata and cucumber water were such a nice treat to stay refreshed! Ate here probably 4/5 days of our trip and didn’t have a taco that disappointed us!“

“I’ve eaten here since the 90s. It’s ALWAYS been the best Vegetarian Burrito in The SFV. They also have the best Salsa Bar with some of my favorite salsa verde and red hot sauce. In addition, they are generous with the potatoes/carrot/cauliflower blend at the Salsa Bar (it’s SOOO good 😋). I’ve had their shrimp ala diabla and chili rellenos too which are amazing, but I almost always come for the Vegetarian Burrito.“
“Stopped here on a whim last week and so glad I did. It’s probably the healthiest place on that strip compared to the other hole-in-the-walls I noticed. The tacos are healthy and delicious. It’s not the cheapest place but that’s what you get when you want healthy.I wish I had one of these near Van Nuys.Highly recommended! ????“

“The food here is so good! Authentic, huge portions, I haven't not finished a burrito in ages and I couldn't do it. They brought out chips and salsa... this is a takeout place. So nice. And I think there's a fun bar kinda night club vibe in the back. Come here. Its worth it.“

“This place is insanely good!!! Everything from burritos and tortas down to the salsas. The carrots and jalapeños are also delicious. The family that owns/runs it is sooooo nice, the chefs are so nice. And it’s always clean!!!!! I can’t say enough good things about this place!!!“
“I tried the pollo, pastor and asada tacos and all of them had incredible flavor. Pastor was cooked authentic like they would on the street in Mexico and was my favorite. Self serve toppings and salsas were the cherry on top. Great prices as well!!“

“Closest to home cooking I've found thus far in the West San Fernando Valley!
The food is always as expected. Hot, flavorful, mildly spicy and more than I can eat in a sitting!
The salsa is a bit lackluster: watery and not very flavorful, but, I don't go here to fill up on chips and salsa😉
I've visited this restaurant a few times in the past six months; tasting a variety of dishes: tacos, burrito, enchiladas, chile colorado.
All are served with ample sides (typically Spanish rice and pinto beans). The food taste like 'homemade food' should taste. The dishes have a familiar depth of flavor that takes me back to my Auntie's kichen.
They must use family recipes as the food always has that comforting feeling you get when someone serves you a plate made with love and pride!
I've yet to be disappointed in my meal and don't anticipate I will!
Give them a try, you'll be back time and again!!!

“I just moved to the area and I saw this little spot. I have lived in the valley for 30+ years and was very disappointed with the choices of Mexican food well I'm so happy I found this place. 30 years in the valley and I just found this place. I will definitely be going back again and again. The gentlemen running and cooking were so nice and on it.“
