“One of the Hidden Gems of Canoga ParkThe food was absolutely top notch. The chef knows how to extract the entire flavor out of every ingredient they use for their fried rice. I ordered the basil fried rice with crispy pork and each chew of the pork saturated my stomach and spirit to where I was full in my tummy and full of joy.I have never ate a meal in my car that was as good as this, and I would recommend everyone reading this review to come try at least once.When it comes to the actual place, there is no seating as its part of a kitchen conglomerate. Despite the location and the lack of interior, this is not something you want to skip out on.“

“I’ve been coming to Siam Cuisine for years. Pookie and her husband are such nice people and their food is very exceptional, the pad Thai is my favorite. But the reason is because of the simplicity and the flavor. The yellow curry is also my favorite, especially when adding shrimp. Hearing their story about them opening the restaurant is also a humble story for the ages. Their dedication and hard work is what makes their food so flavorful and unique. “This is my favorite Thai place. This gem is small but mighty. Their food is always so good, my favorites are the yellow curry with chicken, pad see ew with chicken and their beef salad. The lava cake with ice cream is the best ending. Portions are nicely sized. The lunch specials are perfect during the week. Delivery is always quick, and the drivers are so friendly. I also love the thai iced coffee. I highly recommend this restaurant for delicious Thai cuisine.“

“Chutamas Thai has been our weekly Thai fix for months.My husband gets his usual Crying Tiger and Yellow Curry with chicken ( no spice ) and I get Papaya salad ( extra spicy ) and a “new dish” to try. Just recently, my family including my husband and I had dinner there. It was an opportunity to order new dishes, and a few of our favorites. Not one bad dish. Everything was delicious. “Ordered chicken pad thai, pineapple fried rice, spicy (drunken) noodles, and spicy beef salad.
Everything tasted fine, except the spicy drunken noodles itself was a bit overcooked, and was a bit clumpy, I never had that experience at other Thai places. Maybe the rice noodles were frozen and thawed. But the flavor was good. Will definitely be back next time when cravings hit.“

Also, they gave me a very small side of rice for my huge bowl of delicious curry, so I had to eat half like a soup and steal some noodles from my son's dish to dip in. (Rice is cheap so not sure why they're stingy with it).“

“First time eating here. My wife and I loved it. The prices are very reasonable and the portion sizes are very filling. I had the Spicy Chow Mein Combination which had Chicken, Shrimp, Beef and Pork. It could have been a little more spicier for my taste. Overall it was still very delicious. I forgot that our server even brought out a tray of an assortement of chili sauce, chili flakes and jalapenos. Will definitely add more hot sauce next time I come here. My wife had the Chicken Wonton Soup and it came in a very big bowl. Looked good and smelled wonderful. My wife really did enjoy the soup. We also got an order of Egg Rolls which were amazing as well. They come in a set of 5. Fantastic first time experience, fantastic food, fantastic quiet and chill atmosphere to enjoy your food in peace. Will definitely be back here to try more dishes. I appreciate that you get sambal packets instead of the generic brand. Great authentic flavors, you can tell they know what they are doing.“
