“I ordered the Santa Maria BBQ sandwich, and it was delicious. The bread was incredibly fresh. I even got to see them making it right there. Anissa (I hope I am spelling that right) took my order and truly impressed me with her efficiency. She handled everything from running the register to prepping food and organizing to go orders. Despite the busy crowd, she was friendly, thorough, and quick. The restaurant was clean and well organized and the employes worked seamlessly as a team. Great Food, great service.“

I wanted to share feedback regarding my visit today during the new menu launch at Mendocino Farms. The restaurant was extremely busy, with high volume and some understandably frustrated guests as the team worked hard to keep up.

During this rush, Manager Olive provided exceptional hospitality and leadership. She personally checked in with me, offered a drink while I waited, and carefully verified that all of my order modifications were correct. Beyond that, she consistently supported her team—calling out orders, monitoring operations, and proactively engaging with guests who seemed upset to ensure they felt acknowledged and cared for.

Watching her remain calm, organized, and guest-focused in such a high-pressure situation truly stood out. This is a strong example of what great management looks like in action. I visit this location often, but seeing her lead the team so effectively today was genuinely impressive.

Please recognize her for the amazing job she is doing. She represents the brand exceptionally well and absolutely deserves recognition for her leadership and hospitality.

“I cannot figure out what it is about Jersey Mike Subs that makes me so happy and is so different from other sandwiches. I really love the turkey and provolone sandwich and I always order it Mike's Way. I wanted to try many of the other items, but I keep going back to that turkey.The staff was really nice and efficient! We will definitely be coming back again.“

As of right now they brought back the MEAL OF THE DAY which includes 2 cookies or chips with a small drink and if you want a footlong it’s just an additional 3$ which to me sounds like a perfect price and meal. One of the workers told me that the deal will only go on until march so get it while it lasts.“

“I stopped by this Subway this morning to get my wife her chicken noodle soup. We were already in the plaza for my wife appointment at the clinic. So when she went to her appointment, I came to this Subway to get her soup. I came in the morning so they were not busy at all. When I walked inside, I didn't see any worker so I looked at their menu. Once I started looking, a lady came from the back and greeted me. I asked her if they have any soup and she told me that they had chicken noodle soup or broccoli soup. My wife likes both but she prefer chicken noodle so I just asked for 2 orders of it. The lady asked me if I wanted cracker as well and I confirm that it came with the soup which she said it does so there no extra cost. My wife ate her soup at home and liked it.

Vegetarian options: You can customize your sandwich or salad here so I highly recommend this place for vegetarian.

My mom and I ordered the garlic basil sandwich and my personal favorite the spicy chicken sandwich with Caesar salad.The oven baked bread is savory along with the ingredients and fresh guacamole in the sandwiches. There salads are also great with the tastiest croutons made from the same oven baked bread. I always enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich!“

“Luis made the perfect giant sandwich for me and my sister! The Giant sub was about $19.00 and a normal (half the size), costs about $11.00. Luis and Josh both had wonderful customer service to all ages and types of customers that walked through the door. They were very patient, smiling, and kind. This location is a little small, but still has places to sit and eat. The sub tasted great!

“My sandwich was SO mouth watering and delicious that I felt the need to review this subway. I come here often, and honestly this was the best sandwich by far. I’ve never been disappointed, their ingredients are ALWAYS fresh, the customer service is amazing, and even if they have a line I swear. They work so fast and so well with one another. I’ve been to many other subways and the lettuce is all mushy and gross and they throw your sandwich together and half of the time they aren’t friendly. “My son went here for a job, after interviews they told him to fill out his in boarding paperwork, he did, then they would send him a schedule, never showed up, calls went un answered, they would put him on hold when he called and let him wait and never pick up..he stayed on hold over 40 minutes. How can you be that cruel? If you don't want to hire the kid then fine just tell him. He turned down other jobs waiting for his schedule. This is disgusting behavior. Anyway I went to this location Dec15th after church ( 1119 3rd St Calvary Tabernacle) best decision Ever!! I bought a garlic Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. The lady there suggested it on a cheese bread you must try this sandwich!!! She spread garlic butter on both top and bottom breads then added lots of cheese to both sides put two trays of steak on it and put it in the oven extremely Yummy smelling right?! Then when she took it out and asked politely what I wanted on it I had her put lots of green bell peppers, red onion, pepper cheenies , and sliced tomatoes oh and a line of lite mayo and one of honey mustard Oh My Goodness!!!!! Best sandwich I’ve ever had, for real For Real !!! I ate one half with vinegar and sea salt chips and theses new fountain drinks that taste like tropical juices all kinds of flavors to choose from I would suggest you eat there so you can get free refills on your drink because all the flavors are so good I actually mixed them !! Healthy and great tasting juices watered down to where there not too sugary. I had had her to wrap the other half of my sandwich for my grandson but unfortunately it never made it to him because that sandwich was so very great ????????????! Get the subway app on your phone before you pay and earn 53 tokens . My whole experience was worth every penny what a blessing. “After a long bike ride thru Santa Clarita Valley, we had lunch at Jersey Mike's for a victory sandwich...and what a fantastic sandwich it was!!

We ordered a large roast beef sandwich with provolone cheese but made like a Philly Cheesesteak on the grill with the pepper and onions. Added lettuce, extra tomatoes, pepperchino peppers, avocado, a little of their special relish, mustard, and mayo. Also had it Mike's Way with the oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, and oregano (I think thst is what it was). Also had a refreshing glass of iced tea but no chips.

The service was friendly, quick, and made to perfection. This was absolutely one of the best sandwiches we have consistently had at Jersey Mike's and this was exceptionally delicious!! We couldn't eat it fast enough.
