“I ordered the Santa Maria BBQ sandwich, and it was delicious. The bread was incredibly fresh. I even got to see them making it right there. Anissa (I hope I am spelling that right) took my order and truly impressed me with her efficiency. She handled everything from running the register to prepping food and organizing to go orders. Despite the busy crowd, she was friendly, thorough, and quick. The restaurant was clean and well organized and the employes worked seamlessly as a team. Great Food, great service.“

I wanted to share feedback regarding my visit today during the new menu launch at Mendocino Farms. The restaurant was extremely busy, with high volume and some understandably frustrated guests as the team worked hard to keep up.

During this rush, Manager Olive provided exceptional hospitality and leadership. She personally checked in with me, offered a drink while I waited, and carefully verified that all of my order modifications were correct. Beyond that, she consistently supported her team—calling out orders, monitoring operations, and proactively engaging with guests who seemed upset to ensure they felt acknowledged and cared for.

Watching her remain calm, organized, and guest-focused in such a high-pressure situation truly stood out. This is a strong example of what great management looks like in action. I visit this location often, but seeing her lead the team so effectively today was genuinely impressive.

“My family loves Jersey Mike's. We have loved everything we have tried. Sure, it's on the pricier end, but you can't beat the quality. This location is good. We placed an online order and the food was ready on time for pick up. Service was quick and efficent. There salads are also great with the tastiest croutons made from the same oven baked bread. I always enjoy the spicy chicken sandwich!“

“Luis made the perfect giant sandwich for me and my sister! The Giant sub was about $19.00 and a normal (half the size), costs about $11.00. Luis and Josh both had wonderful customer service to all ages and types of customers that walked through the door. They were very patient, smiling, and kind. This location is a little small, but still has places to sit and eat. The sub tasted great!

Parking: The parking lot is in a shopping center with other stores and restaurants.“

“My sandwich was SO mouth watering and delicious that I felt the need to review this subway. I come here often, and honestly this was the best sandwich by far. I’ve never been disappointed, their ingredients are ALWAYS fresh, the customer service is amazing, and even if they have a line I swear. They work so fast and so well with one another. I’ve been to many other subways and the lettuce is all mushy and gross and they throw your sandwich together and half of the time they aren’t friendly. I order my sandwich and just cause I didn’t wanted Mike’s a little girl gets an attitude and makes it sloppy and more when wrapping my sandwich she smashes her fingers hard on my sandwich. Then they have there loud heavy metal music in the evenings and too noisy. This is a food place, not a nightclub.. some women have there point tails out instead in a bun and having hair scatter. Anyway I went to this location Dec15th after church ( 1119 3rd St Calvary Tabernacle) best decision Ever!! I bought a garlic Philly Cheese Steak sandwich. The lady there suggested it on a cheese bread you must try this sandwich!!! She spread garlic butter on both top and bottom breads then added lots of cheese to both sides put two trays of steak on it and put it in the oven extremely Yummy smelling right?! Then when she took it out and asked politely what I wanted on it I had her put lots of green bell peppers, red onion, pepper cheenies , and sliced tomatoes oh and a line of lite mayo and one of honey mustard Oh My Goodness!!!!! Best sandwich I’ve ever had, for real For Real !!! I ate one half with vinegar and sea salt chips and theses new fountain drinks that taste like tropical juices all kinds of flavors to choose from I would suggest you eat there so you can get free refills on your drink because all the flavors are so good I actually mixed them !! Healthy and great tasting juices watered down to where there not too sugary. I had had her to wrap the other half of my sandwich for my grandson but unfortunately it never made it to him because that sandwich was so very great ????????????! Get the subway app on your phone before you pay and earn 53 tokens . My whole experience was worth every penny what a blessing. Thanks Subway for great food and very pleasant hospitality this is now my new go to place !!!!!“

“My son went here for a job, after interviews they told him to fill out his in boarding paperwork, he did, then they would send him a schedule, never showed up, calls went un answered, they would put him on hold when he called and let him wait and never pick up..he stayed on hold over 40 minutes. How can you be that cruel? If you don't want to hire the kid then fine just tell him. He turned down other jobs waiting for his schedule. This is disgusting behavior. Why on earth would you do this to a kid just trying to do some good honest work.. you sir are a coward!! how do you sleep at night doing crap like that...“

“Placed a hot sub 2/23/26 3pm and was done quick. I can respect the attention to detail about how the sub wasn’t wrapped too tight for a hot sub and there wasn’t chicken or cheese melting out the side in the wrapper.

As I was waiting in line, the only slight con that I would mention is maybe more banter/light conversation between the slicer and then also whoever sprinkling the subs. I get that you want to ask for their order and ask Mikes Way and just finish the sub. But one thing that made the store that I had great in NC was the owner and GM always being friendly and asking about the customers day.

It isn’t really a big deal but I’m sure this helped retention and tipping.“

“After a long bike ride thru Santa Clarita Valley, we had lunch at Jersey Mike's for a victory sandwich...and what a fantastic sandwich it was!!

We ordered a large roast beef sandwich with provolone cheese but made like a Philly Cheesesteak on the grill with the pepper and onions. Added lettuce, extra tomatoes, pepperchino peppers, avocado, a little of their special relish, mustard, and mayo. Also had it Mike's Way with the oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, and oregano (I think thst is what it was). Also had a refreshing glass of iced tea but no chips.

The service was friendly, quick, and made to perfection. This was absolutely one of the best sandwiches we have consistently had at Jersey Mike's and this was exceptionally delicious!! We couldn't eat it fast enough.

“Located inside of Shell, usually there is NOBODY in line which is great. Staff is friendly, the food stations seem fairly clean, though not spotless. There are only 3 or 4 tables and each seats 2 people max, so this is NOT a good place if you come with more than 1 person and you'll also constantly feel the wind as the convenience store automatic gate keeps opening and closing (i.e. dust will come in). I recommend doing things to go... the subway rewards program is ok, nothing spectacular or worth signing up.“
