“Came here for my 24th birthday with my friends and would absolutely recommend! Not only is the location beautiful, but the service was top tier. Zoey took care of us during our stay, and was extremely kind and accommodating. Not to mention how knowledgable and informative she was on the wines we were tasting. 10/10!“

The best part about making the trip is that the kids can run around on thr spacious grounds, play corn hole, and we can all participate playing bocce ball. Bring your own set or at least a palino, since they lost it last year.“

“This was a great way to wrap up our wine tasting in Carmel Valley. You order at the counter, then take your number and find a place to sit. They will bring the food out to you, but you are on your own for keeping your water filled and getting napkins, utensils, etc.

The food was simple (grilled cheese with sun dried tomato pesto and the side of meatballs), but the quality and taste were on point. Two of us split these, and we each had a glass of wine (great selection of area wineries).

“Had a great time wine tasting at scratch wine, we got there a little late from off-road driving, all great wines, specifically the reds, kid friendly ? they have good atmosphere, everything is elegant, the outdoor is also pretty. Can't wait to go back.“

As we read online, we called in advance to reserve a table. At this point I have to disagree with the negative reviews. The restaurant is not fully booked, but they still ask you to call in advance so they can calculate better.
The food was exactly as we imagined it. A good German schnitzel and a delicious meatloaf.
The waitress was also very nice to us and chatted with us in a pleasant way.
We would definitely go there again and can recommend it to anyone looking for German food.“
