“Our table on a large window with a beautiful view was ready early when we showed up. Our server Brooklyn was helpful and friendly and just the right level of attentiveness. We weren't rushed or left alone too long. Our food and drinks were delicious.“

“Great pizza and great service, we choose a specialty pizza and the ingredients were of high quality and fresh on a nice crust and I can safely say one of the better pizzas I had in 2023. We also got a Brussels sprouts appetizer to share and that was a hit with the table, paired with excellent customer service this places is a standout in the area.“

“The building is super cute! They recently did a remodel and you can tell! It's super adorable and quaint. So I enjoyed that! The good... The drinks!!! They are delish! Really really well done! As well as the Guac and the Salsas! They were so good we took the extra home! Yum! The staff was super nice and attentive having it be a busy Saturday night and were quick to get drinks and food items to us! Now onto the main food. The veggie tacos were straight so amazing and good! The shrimp tacos were a little sad. They had good flavor. But only 3 skrrrriiimp on a huge flour tortilla for $11 a taco... is like... uh corn tortilla could make the 3 shrimp seem like much more! The garlic ribeye was very dry like it had been sliced and just sitting out, although another friend with the same order stated hers wasn't dry at all. 4 stars because $11 for a 3 shrimp taco on a huge flour tortilla didn't fit well. Now $6-8 for that same taco. I probably would have given 5 stars. $200 tab for 5 drinks, 3 taco plates, 1 burrito bowl, chips, salsa, and guac.“

“This was the perfect place to stop for lunch and a drink. We got the burger and grilled cheese with tomato bisque plus a 50/50 beer and the fizzle dance (gin fizz). Everything was yummy (except the beer was okay)! There wasn't much seating so don't think I'd want to do dinner here but worked well for lunch. I think they have other seating areas open during lunch though. Staff was friendly. Overall great place to stop in for a delicious quick bite.“

“We came here for lunch on one of our days in Truckee. We don't drink beer but we ordered some other drinks that were amazingly delicious. For our appy, we ordered these shrimp bao buns that were super flavorful. I ordered the bratwurst hotdog and that was yummy with a healthy helping of sauerkraut and two types of dip - cheese or grainy mustard. To be honest, that bratwurst wrapped in a pretzel bun could stand on its own without any dips...OMG! so good that u still remember how it tastes nearly a week after our trip. My husband ordered the turkey burger and that thing came loaded and he said it was one of the best turkey burgers he's ever had. We loved this place and will definitely be one of our go-tos in Truckee when we're up next! Thank you Alibi team...great work!“

“We love LOVE LOVE this local hangout:Food is beyond amazing; staff is incredible and the bowling is always fun (Thursday nights BOWL night!) but they also have pool + foosball + axe throwing & an arcade for the kiddos (and adults). The owners are SO benevolent, generous, gracious, humble yet so fun!!Their daughter (Alison) is such a personable yet hard worker and can throw a large party (as we did in '12 2022 for 85 people) in a minute or two~ everyone so enjoyed this event.If you sign up for their emails you'll get all the details about special dinners, charity events and all kinds of events.They have renovated this place to the max and THE famous Sam Choy (godfather of Poke and their menu creator) has special cooking classes and gives the best hugs.(The bowling pricing is the same as other lower end bowling places.)The bar staff makes the best cocktails & mocktails and are a lively, friendly & dynamic crew.Enough to say that this is a MUST go to if vacationing here or a local - more locals come here on a regular basis which says a LOT!“

“This place is a ton of fun if you enjoy spooky and occasional interesting vibes - food is always incredible - cocktails are great - I wish they had better wine and beer - but their pastrami is amazing - consistently great - their specials are always inventive and fun. The live music is great - but if you aren't a fan of ghosts or vibes this may not be the place for you. I've met three there so far - tons of fun. Lively spirits and great service! Totally friendly, attentive and fun.“

“Their pizzas are wonderful. Definitely worth trying if you haven't. Don't go there often as they are out of the way for us. I'm compelled to write this review because of a fee they are now charging for pizza boxes. It was just under $4 and is literally to cover the cost of the pizza box. Very odd. I ordered mine to go but I'd be curious if I ate it there and then asked for a to go box would they also charge me? To be honest that whole tactic rubs me the wrong way. Just increase the cost of you pizza to offset it. What's next, bathroom use fee? How about a dish wash fee? Obviously these are absurd examples but it's the same idea. All of this is the cost of doing business. Ultimately it's up to the owner to make their choices but I just wanted them to know that it's a bad approach. That's my two cents. Again the food is well worth the visit. Thanks.“

“It's better than the pastime! Haha I don't buy Budweiser, but they do sell it here unlike the bar a few doors down. Free popcorn too.There is a pole on the bar top and bullet holes in the ceiling.It's definitely a vibe. Best dive bar in town. If Callahan's working, you're in for some great service.The atmosphere is very entertaining!Locals like Airek and the Dynamic Duo make the experience!Parking: Just park at the post office around back. “Semi busy lunch rush,...greatest right away which is always nice. I asked for a certain seat to keep a eye on my vehicle because my dogs were in the car staying warm from the snow fall. They said no problem, and let me pick a booth. Our food was correct, and hot. Seats were clean surprisingly,....a lot of wood in the restauran, so they for sure make the effort to keep it clean from dirt grime, and build up. The bathrooms were super clean. Over all a great experience for a midday lunch rush. The front door is in the back side of the establishment,.....make the effort to find it,...well worth it. PS. “We stopped for dinner after snowshoeing on a Monday. My calzone was delicious. The place was packed when we left. The one person was bar tending, waiting tables, and bussing tables. She did great for being by herself. ???I don't think it's normally this busy on a Monday. My first time here and I will be back!“

“Lake Tahoe, NV - great experience if you book to dine at the Glass house! But be careful the house is small and the table is small so I don't suggest that if you have young children. It's a fun experience without any extra charge if you can get a reservation. It was 4 adults and 2 kids for us so we got to order a bunch of dishes to sample their menu. I highly recommend their risotto and salmon, scallops and clam chowder. The lamb was flavorful too if that's your taste. Otherwise, the filet mignon was tender and juicy which would make a good meat entree choice. Their Rockefeller oysters were decent but not the best I've had (gotta go to New Orleans for that) Garlic pasta was not available to order which was a disappointment. There is a reservation penalty with cancellation but we were able to get a table for dinner at 7:30pm same day so we didn't have to worry about that. Great restaurant to go to after a day of skiing and snowboarding.“

“The food was unbelievable. The presentation looked like something out of a magazine, and the taste was fantastic. It was quite expensive however the food was worth it. The noise level is very high, making it difficult to hear one another. Next time we will go when we can sit outside.“

“I'm bumping up to five stars because of value.. pricing is normal, not Tahoe premium. The menu is a diner menu, meatloaf, burgers, pot roast. On my server's recommendation I had pot roast and mashed potatoes. The serving was generous and the food was tasty. To my surprise the mashed potatoes were homemade, not powdered. I mentioned that to my server and he told me that most of the food on the menu was house made. The decor ... Well, it's one of those places that has a lot of stuff up on the wall if you know what I mean. Bicycles, skis, stuff. Little bit dingy but not bad. I will absolutely return. If you are looking for fancy or pretentious, this isn't it. If you're looking for home cooking at a reasonable price you have found it.“

“The inside is totally cool. When we got there, they were busy. They had one dude at the front and woman behind the bar. Turned out she was bartending and serving. She was slammed but totally kicked ass. The buffalo mac balls were hella good and not too spicy. My son had the fig and brie grilled cheese. I had whiskey burger. Daughter had Salmon BLT. Everything was great. Service on point.“
