They were one of three food trucks at our wedding last weekend in Redondo Beach and everyone truly enjoyed the food. They delivered on time and without any problems. We had 130 guests for the wedding and I We will ask them to join us for another event in the future.

“We were there Saturday night for my friend's bday. It was during dinner rush hour,the place was very busy so we didn't mind waiting a bit.We sat at the newly built bar,food was excellent! “We had an early dinner here on a Wednesday prior to a theatre tech rehearsal. Despite the troubled neighborhood, this place is an urban oasis and has a safe parking lot. We told our kind wait person, Sierra, about our time crunch. Meals came out within 10 minutes of giving our order. The gourmet Mexican food is mucho delicious and the happy hour prices (on both food and drink) made our experience a delight.“

“Had my anniversary dinner here. It was awesome. The food was very good, I got the birria quesadilla, and my partner got two quesadilla fritas. It was absolutely delicious. The truck looked very clean and the tables were also. The chairs are sturdy. The horchata was pretty good, on the light side and refreshing. There are planes that fly over but it didn’t bother us. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!“

“We are so thankful that Stacked Pasta was able to accommodate a Christmas party of 20-30 people in such short notice. We had about a week or so to plan. Their staff and catering team are professional, prompt, and hospitable. They included different dressings for the salad, tasty pasta, and wonderful service.

Dietary restrictions: We had a catered dinner. We had expected about 20 people but were able to feed much more. Immediately upon serving the food we received compliments on the Penne Alfredo with Chicken and the wonderful array of pastas. Next time, we’ll see if they have zucchini or cauliflower pasta.

Kid-friendliness: The kids absolutely adored the pasta. In fact, after the Holiday dinner, we had to STOP them from asking for leftovers because they ate it all“

“This my first time coming here and I have to say the food was delicious def worth to try out especially after working out at the gym. I am definitely coming back next time.
I love how close the restaurant is to home def 5 stars. The only reason the atmosphere is a 4 is because lots of homeless passed by while I was eating my food. Other than that the restaurant is great.
