“They stopped by my apartment complex this past weekend and I was lucky enough to give it a try. It was honestly great and I was surprised to see that they have a unique presentation of a dish that I am very familiar with already. They have many great options on the menu, but we chose the pizza pocket because it sounded unique and it’s similar to how I eat a slice of pie anyway. We chose the pepperoni pocket and thought it was fantastic. All the flavors were well balanced, and it was a good sized portion. It also came with a side salad and overall, we just really enjoyed it. It was also made very fast so we did not have to wait very long and the staff was very friendly. Being that it is a food truck they did not really have a seating area, but it was already at my apartment so I was just getting to go. I would definitely recommend and if I see them again, I will certainly give it another try.“

“We had an early dinner here on a Wednesday prior to a theatre tech rehearsal. Despite the troubled neighborhood, this place is an urban oasis and has a safe parking lot. We told our kind wait person, Sierra, about our time crunch. Meals came out within 10 minutes of giving our order. The gourmet Mexican food is mucho delicious and the happy hour prices (on both food and drink) made our experience a delight.“

“We stumbled upon Black Flour yesterday and were completely bowled over. My companion had the bœuf bourguignon taco and raved about it. I had the avocado and manchego taco and it was equally good. This is not just another food truck. It is an adventure in high quality food. Look for them!“

The couple that run this place are from Guadalajara, Mexico, and they are super friendly and give the best customer service possible! Stop by and try it out they also sell Fresas con crema, Mangoniada, hot cheetos locos, Esquites, duro preparados, and many more things.“

“We are so thankful that Stacked Pasta was able to accommodate a Christmas party of 20-30 people in such short notice. We had about a week or so to plan. Their staff and catering team are professional, prompt, and hospitable. They included different dressings for the salad, tasty pasta, and wonderful service.

Dietary restrictions: We had a catered dinner. We had expected about 20 people but were able to feed much more. Immediately upon serving the food we received compliments on the Penne Alfredo with Chicken and the wonderful array of pastas. Next time, we’ll see if they have zucchini or cauliflower pasta.

“Had my anniversary dinner here. It was awesome. The food was very good, I got the birria quesadilla, and my partner got two quesadilla fritas. It was absolutely delicious. The truck looked very clean and the tables were also. The chairs are sturdy. The horchata was pretty good, on the light side and refreshing. There are planes that fly over but it didn’t bother us.
