“They have really great service super fast delivery and if you eat here often or not they are predictable and each dish we have tried from the rigatone bolognese to the house spaghetti to the spicy chicken is fantastic. The experience is above average time and time again by ourselves (me and my daughter) or with friends (we have brought about 6 different people who have shared our enthusiasm) this restaurant is a absolutely fantastic experience. I wanna go tomorrow just thinking of it now. Highly recommend sopping by as it is one of Castro Valleys nicest little places.“

“My favorite Italian sandwich place in the East Bay. They get busy at times, but it’s worth it. The food is good and they are consistent. Parking is easy on the side streets, but very limited in the front. There is a lot in the back too if needed.“

“My husband and I were craving pizza. However, the places here in Castro Valley have been disappointing recently. We decided to give Villa Roma a try and see how we liked it. We loved it! “We were driving through the area and hadn’t heard anything about the food here but saw it online and decided to stop. It’s a tiny place and not what I was expecting. The service was very kind, with smiles and courtesy. The food was AMAZING and honestly, I didn’t expect it to be that good. I was pleasantly surprised! They know how to make good food! We tried their pasta, calzones and cannolis. Everything was delicious! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you! I just wish you did business in my neighborhood in Utah! “Took my friend here for a Mother’s Day lunch. She was feeling blue because her kids didn’t show up. Panini’s was the closest and most convenient since I had to go back to work. I hoped it wouldn’t disappoint and it didn’t. She had a turkey avocado and she said it was just right. The service was spot on&she cheered up a bit. Thanks for that Panini crew.“

“From the outside, this restaurant looks small and fairly modest, but the moment you walk in it feels like stepping into a different world. The interior is cozy and thoughtfully decorated with charming details that make you feel like you’re dining in a historic restaurant in a small Italian town.

The highlight of my visit was the Branzino. It was absolutely fantastic—perfectly cooked, moist, and tender. The fish is quite large, but the flavor is so good that you never get tired of it. The pasta served with it pairs beautifully with the dish.

The calamari and wine recommended by our server were also excellent. Our server initially seemed a bit serious, but turned out to be very friendly and funny, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The restaurant can get quite busy, especially on weekends, so I recommend making a reservation in advance. Definitely a place worth visiting!“

“I ordered the make-your-own-pasta bowl with fettuccine and marinara sauce. The breadsticks were amazing and the pasta was pretty good. Our waitress was really nice and we got our soups in about 3 minutes. Even though they didn’t have fettuccine on their make-your-own-pasta bowl, she made sure I got it free of charge. The main course came about 5 minutes later. Overall it was a nice experience.“

“Absolutely loved this pizza place! The pizza was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The crust was perfectly baked — crispy on the outside and soft inside. Toppings were generous and high quality.

Customer service was excellent, staff was friendly and welcoming. The store was clean and well maintained. Order was ready on time.

“I’ve been eating Pizza Factory pizza for over 15 years. It was the only pizza joint in my town while growing up. Since moving to the Bay Area 10 years ago I’ve missed the classic taste of the pizza! Imagine my surprise when I got a craving for some za and saw that a PF was in the same city as me! It’s quick, cheap (for the bay), and delicious. Can’t go wrong with this spot.“
