“We stopped coming here about a year ago because it just wasn’t what it used to be. It’s usually kinda bad… but out of desperation, we went back one time and it was great! My husband went back a different day to order and hopefully run into the person who made it last time to let him know he did great. The sandwiches were once again perfect and he got Dylan’s name and this review is for Dylan! We will be back if we see him working“

“My family and I enjoy eating at firehouse subs. My daughter enjoys her kids meal meatball subs and always gets excited for her hat. I enjoy all sorts of different sandwiches. Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is very friendly. The decor is amazing especially the painting mural on the wall. I would recommend this place to everyone.“

“I have been going to Loose Caboose off and on for over 40 years. As far back as I can recall, the sandwiches and quality remain just as great as they were back then. Last week I had the opportunity to meet the owner and talk with her and she was very pleasant. If you want a great sandwich these are the guys !“

“Chris had the upmost professionalism and made sure our orders were accurate. He assisted us immediately with making sure we ordered our correct sandwiches with his amazing knowledge on the menu and made sure we were satisfied and taken care of, he definitely made us feel welcomed and made the dine in experience pleasant. “I came in around 4:30-5 o’clock there was 2 girls working they were both wearing glasses I believe who I was talking to was Taylor she was sweet and informed that there was no more bread I said how can there be no more bread she had informed me her and her other co worker came in at 4 said the day crew did not make any bread for them. I felt so bad because they were busy with online orders on top customers in store like myself they were only doing minis because that’s all they had left. When I got down to the register young lady named Victoria gave me a free drink and sub card for the inconvenience of having no bread. Even though I didn’t get size I wanted they still had great customer service and handled everything well!!! They deserve a raise!!! I don’t know why day crew wouldn’t make there bread but I’ll definitely be coming around more during the evening time when they are there! Wonderful job ladies“

“About 11.40 Monday July 24 2023 there was only one female worker she had a long line. The lady had a smile on her face. Fast but not sloppy. Great worker. I was impressed. Fast and yet attented everyone with a smile. You hardly ever see that.“

“Busy place but they manage to get through everyone quickly. Even has a drive through. Much good to say about this place, only thing I was uncomfortable with was that the busier it gets the more people are packed in together, even for the patrons eating there they have another one standing right next to their table, too close for comfort for me. Other than that, I fully recommended“
