Offered to give us boxes and a bag before we even asked. Very comfortable atmosphere. Kids would be comfortable here. Tables and booths available. Sushi also served here. The garlic chicken was super crispy with a spicy garlic glaze/sauce from a jar (boo) and was very tasty, just not garlicky.Now the Egg Rolls? Bruh. SUPER crispy and not greasy 10/10. “So we ordered honey walnut prawns, orange chicken with chowmein and egg rolls, sweet n sour pork with chowmein and egg rolls, crab ragoons, wor wonton soup.1. Honey, walnut prawns were good. The sauce was on the thicker side, but the portions for the price were just right for my pocket.2. both the combo plates are HUGE. The egg rolls weren't a favorite for anyone, but it's hard to find really good egg rolls they tasted soggy in the middle, like doughy. The chowmein has excellent flavor, and they use them big fatty noodles. Sweet n sour sauce was ok. I would order it again because the price for a dinner combo is unbeatable, in my opinion.3. Wor wonton soup was good, definitely would order again it was hearty for sure no complains on ratio of meat vs veggies vs wonton. A little on the salter side, but nothing like a splash of apple cider vinegar to balance it out and some garlic chili sauce.4. The last thing is the crab ragoons... it was a bit off putting when you're expecting cream cheese and imitation crab. These ones had crab and cheddar cheese and something else. Unless I was in the mood for that style, I probably wouldn't order it again.My only other complaint is I would have expected it to be hot when I picked it up, there was a little delay in the order being ready so that's why I'm like the food should have been steaming and i only live 5 mins away.Overall, I'd order from there again.“
“Chow mein and rice were flavorful, don’t need soy sauce for them. Garlic chicken and orange chicken were so good. They serve you huge portions. Wonton soup is the best when you are feeling under the weather. It's a cure-all. Well, it arrived piping hot and was absolutely delicious. So much flavor! “You walk in grab a bowl. 2 big bars1 with meats the other with noodles and veggies all you can fit in the bowl then there's a counter , a line fool of sauces then oils to add to your bowl then they grab your bowl and cook it ....... I put in my bowl pork and beef and lots of vegetables and lots of noodles my sauces i got was teriyaki and house mix .my oils was garlic and sesame seed oil.you get a little bowl of rice and 1 pot sticker and I got a ice tea . The last time, take out, lady on phone was harried & overwhelmed sounding to the point of almost rude. Couldn't seem to understand my simple order. The meat was overcooked, chewy, and the chow mein & rice tasted like it had been sitting a while. I hope was once in 15 years instead of a downward trend.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options clearly marjed, sime dishes that are high in vegetable content but 'almost' all dishes have a lot of vegetable. “Love this restaurant. The location is ok. Not a bad area. But there are a lot of homeless people around. I don't mind that because I actually have helped the homeless since I was 14 years old. Anywho, the service is good and fast! Super friendly people/workers. Food is greatly priced and tastes very very good!! It's not my all time favorite, but it is my favorite in Turlock. I almost always get the egg flower soup, steamed white rice, foil chicken, egg roles(3), an order of pot stickers, and 2 large chow mein all for $40. Always fresh and always the same taste when I order. No matter the day or time I go! Which says a lot because Turlock has a very bad habit of being inconsistent everywhere I go. But not here. My son is 6 years old and a picky eater at the moment, he loves the egg roles and foil chicken with white rice. He also loves the lemon chicken, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, and one of the shrimp platters. Highly recommend if you're in Turlock!“
