“This restaurant needs more workers. I placed my order over the phone, they said 15 minutes. I get there and the cashier forgot to submit my order. I had to wait another 30 minutes because the place is packed and they only have one person answering phone, taking physical orders and serving. It looked like they also only had one person in the kitchen.“

“husband ordered the all meat (pollo/chicken) with no onions and added cheese. Said it was amazing and the chicken was perfectly grilled. I however did not favor my meal. I ordered the meat (half pastor/half lingua) nachos. I think I expected either homemade nacho cheese sauce or cheese blend on chips then put under broiler to melt. what I got was canned nacho cheese sauce that had been thinned down with water as it was rather soupy. The chips sadly turned to mush due to the watery cheese sauce and the easily half cup of red sauce that was poured over the top. Sadly I cannot tell you if the meats were good because they were drowning in red sauce. For 14.00 I expected better quality. we will go back, I will order 2 tacos no sauce next time.“

“Fantastic option for food if you're ever in Redlands! We were seated right away, and our waitress (Myrana?) was quick to approach us and get our drink and food order. The food itself was so good! I had the grilled chicken burrito with chile verde sauce. It was tasty and massive. I took it home and still have so much left! The restaurant was clean and cute, very unassuming on the outside but adorable on the inside. Great option!“

“We stopped by after work today and I have to say the food was awesome, the employees were friendly and really wanted to have our feedback on the food, even if there was something we felt was wrong with it. We assured the waiter the food was top notch and I have to say for a hole in the wall place they present your food like a five star restaurant, the only difference is you get a lot of food here, not so much at a swanky five star place. We will definitely be coming back. Prices were fair, food was fantastic and generous, employees were friendly and attentive the ambiance was quaint.“

“Decided to try out Casa Cruz because they were open till 9 and a lot of the other Mexican restaurants were only open till 8. There were two other couples there when we arrived. Place seemed clean but decor had a tacky, plastic DIY vibe. Definitely not spending much money on that or the very thin paper napkins. That being said, the Chile relleno, rice, and beans were tasty. Partner enjoyed his chicken fajitas which were made with sliced breast, but he thought the margarita tasted strange. Chips and salsa were fine, prices were average at $54 before tip for two meals plus one margarita, and service was okay.
Update: just ate some of the leftovers and they were delicious. Really held up nicely.“

They are always packed and still manage to get everything out in a timely manner and their restaurant is always clean. My family and I don’t eat out much but when we do, it’s usually this place.“

“They are so sweet and attentive here and their fish tacos are beautifully served. I highly recommend this place and they have fish tacos for a $1 each on Sundays and Tuesdays. It is very authentic food and they even have homemade flan! I highly recommend visiting here and they have the best cheesecake. ( ;“

“Okay, so, I finally tried Mega Burgers, since I was curious and in the area. I bought taquitos for a snack. To my surprise, they were hand rolled and fresh. They didn't just take them out of the freezer. I was shocked at the good quality. So, I went back to try the one thing few restaurants get right: a lettuce-wrap hamburger. To my shock and amazement, the avocado cheeseburger on a lettuce wrap was the best I've ever had - anywhere! The meat wasn't too salty, like I've noticed other places now serve - overly salty meat. The tomato and onions were as fresh as you can get. The sauce was creamy and did not overwhelm the burger, and the fresh lettuce was wrapped tightly around the burger. To be sure, before I posted this, I went back again a couple of weeks later and to my delight, the lettuce-wrap burger was just as delicious as I remembered. Someone cares in there. I am grateful.“

Salsa bar spotless. Encouraged me to enjoy the salsa. Drink station spotless. Table tops clean, seats and floor clean. When order was called by a young male team member he waited to see if everything was acceptable. Looked me in the eye and said, "Please enjoy the rest of your day"! Such a pleasent experience. Everything was delicious from the Carne Asada Fries, to the Gordita, the carnitas meat, the potato taco, the enchilada sauce… everything was authentic and delicious. Our waitress Fabi was so kind and memorized our 6 person order with substitutions!!“

“The chicken was excellent as always. I was disappointed; however, about the side salad that I ordered. When I got home and opened the container, the salad was old (brown) and wilted. Obviously, it was at least one to two days old. Please do not serve old salad to your customers. I paid $30 for a mini meal and expected to have all my sides fresh.“

“I have been to this Taco Bell a few times before, but we always go through the drive thru. Last week Thursday we decided to go and eat inside. When I first walked in, my 1st impression was the cleanliness of the restaurant! I don’t like to use the machines to order, I prefer to speak and interact with a person. The girl at the register was very friendly and welcoming, I was impressed by the customer service. After we ordered, I went to wash my hands, and the restrooms were very clean… big plus! Got our food and we sat down. Whole eating I enjoyed the music that was playing it was just perfect…what was supposed to be a let’s go in and eat and go home quick, ended up being an hour sitting there, enjoying the music, and the conversation.
