Starbucks in Chico

“Sara, Jacob, and Hannah have great customer skills, They are efficient, friendly, and customer oriented. The coffee great and made to the customer's likes. This location is clean and I would highly recommend patronizing it. When we visit Chico again in the future we will definitely visit it again.“

“This is a Starbucks. The real reason this is 5 stars is the location! There is a large window that overlooks downtown and the people watching is spectacular. Sometimes you get a magician, sometimes homeless people scoping bicycles, mostly it's the fine people of Chico window shopping and Chico State students taking in the city. I highly recommend this place for Thursday night markets.“

“I love the Starbucks only because there's a certain person that works there that is just amazing the customer service from this person is beyond expectations this person needs to be recognized 100%. this person demeanor and just vibing and just a really good person is the only reason why I go to this starbucks.. I was going to stop going to Starbucks but because of this one individual I continue to go only because the customer service that this person dishes out is just amazing I absolutely love this person and that person's name is Moth. I truly believe that Starbucks employees that go beyond their expectations every time need to be recognized and Moth is that person. “I saw Aimee and Ravin today. They were kind, patient, good at sales and made me probably the best salted caramel mocha I've ever had! What a great Starbucks experience, they give Starbucks a good name and made me want to come back to them!“

“I love this place, the workers in there know my order, when they see me they have it ready for me. They are all super helpful and nice, I've never had an issue there. If you have an issue with a worker at this place you may want to look in the mirror!“

“I stopped by here on my commute from Sacramento this morning. I noticed a very uneven parking lot and most of the “all day” breakfast runs out by 9:30. The drive thru was really quick which is convenient during the mornings. I would probably visit this specific location again and I appreciate the interior and staff.

Parking: Very uneven parking lot and a potential risk for vehicle accidents. There are unnecessary hills and potholes from the pavement.

Kid-friendliness: Cake pops are very kid-friendly.“

“I absolutely LOVE the design inside out! The bathrooms sinks were something I’ve never seen before. The service here has been very upbeat so far. This location can get busy so I’d recommend ordering online beforehand.
