“This is my third visit to this Starbucks since 2017. It's still at least a four-star experience. It's large with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The staff are friendly, baked goods or fresh, and coffee tasted great. Parking is convenient. Location is walking distance to Holiday inn hotel. This Starbucks is well kept up. Still looks relatively new.“
“Pulled up to a neat and tidy Starbucks for my out of town visit. It's refreshing to have top notch customer service at an establishment like Starbucks. I placed a mobile order. I arrived at the drive thru. I was greeted by a friendly voice asking me " how are you today?" I pulled around for my order and a very nice young lady greeted me went over my order and as a surprise shock to me asked if I wanted lids, straws, and drink carrier etc etc. she told me that it would be a moment for one last of my items to finish up. In the mean time she carried nice polite conversation with me whilst still doing her work. It was nice to see someone as professional and hard working as this young woman. I hope this review makes it to her so she knows her work is appreciated on the customer end.“
