“I would recommend this place for people who are veggie eaters or want to eat more vegetables they have a lot of veggie options or for vegan eaters just ask what vegan dishes they recommend. The Mango Lassi was really good, definitely recommend it. I had the Aloo Gobi Veggie Curry and it came with Basmati Rice, really good, was not spicy. Also ordered the naan with some type of cheese I forgot. Really good. Also got the lentils and very delicious. I’m not sure if there is anything spicy on the menu but I will ask when I visit again. I can’t wait to try the other curry’s.“
“Ordered here three times now and consistently delicious. Love the veggie samosas goat curry chicken tikka and chicken tandoori. This place also has good lunch specials. I had an Indian restaurant I swore by back in oc and have been struggling to find one I love this place is giving my favorite place a run for its money“
“Wow, let me just say this place is pleasantly surprising in terms of food options, flavor, and quality. I tried this tofu sushi Indian style, and it was delicious. The fries were perfectly crispy and seasoned. I can't wait to go back for the chick pea burger and samosas. I also want to try the mango lassi! I live pretty close by and have gotten so tired of chains like Subway with limited vegan options. I'm glad I can grab something on the go that's fresh and healthy! Also, the owner was very kind which is always a plus!“
“I looked for an ethnic restaurant for our Valentine's Day dinner, and we're so happy to have found Bhojan Griha. The food is prepared with excellent skill using all fresh ingredients. The curry and masala had the perfect flavor and spices, and the samosas were mouth watering. Relax and enjoy the atmosphere and company while you wait, because the food is prepared from scratch.Vegetarian options: Our vegetarian friends love this restaurant.“
“The best restaurant experience I’ve had in years. Staff was so welcoming and helped guide me through the menu as I am not too familiar with this type of cuisine. The waiter and wait staff assistant were very attentive to our needs throughout meal and even brought me extra sauces to try with the food. We tried the chicken tandoori, lamb vindaloo and lamb jalfrezi. All were amazing but the jalfrezi especially was out of this world! We were also served lentil soup as an appetizer and a sweet pudding for desert, compliments of the house. The owner Drona came to our table and asked how our food was and was very kind. We will be back!!!“
“Incredible variety of wonderful Indian dishes. Lunch special is BEST value in town. 2 entries, rice, Naan bread and rice pudding. Wow! The food is always excellent with good service an excellent seeting.Vegetarian options: Vegan entrees as well.“
“I came here searching for some good Indian food and I definitely found what I was looking for! The food was delicious and did not disappoint. The food came out quickly and the service was great. Definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for good food!“
“Great food and spice. I love it. Great big portions that are good to share. Definitely recommend for Indian foodParking: A small parking lot for a number of businesses so you might have trouble getting a spot depending on when you go. I didn't have trouble parking when I went but I consider myself lucky“
“I was thoroughly impressed by the unique ambiance, which seamlessly blends Indian, Middle Eastern and Western cultures. The restaurant's use of steel thalis for serving food, a tradition local to India, is a delightful touch that you rarely encounter in the United States. The Masala chai, while on the pricier side, was undeniably delicious, although it comes pre-mixed with a slight amount of sugar and lacks customization options. The outstanding customer service left a lasting impression; the staff's genuine friendliness and passion for their work made my dining experience truly memorable. Kristina was lovely and so was the dude at the bar. Don’t forget to checkout their unique collection of mixed drinks. My order was generously portioned, and the flavors were spot-on—I have no complaints there. Plus, parking was stress-free in this laid-back area with ample street parking. For a unique dining experience, I highly recommend reserving the indoor room next to the bar. There, you can enjoy your meal in the traditional Indian style—sitting on the floor with legs folded. Be sure to check out the picture of the room with its short tables and beds.Dietary restrictions: They will cater to your dietary needs.Kid-friendliness: It’s kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.“
“Place is wonderfully decorated. Open and breezy. The service was great and recommended a few apps that were really good. My friend thought his tendori chicken was lacking flavor but every thing I tired was great. The drinks were really good.“
“The customer service is great! Very kind local India food spot! The Naan is perfect on a cold, rainy day. Warms and fills you stomach instantly! I recommend getting the mango specialty drink. It's so good you will wish for a larger cup!“
“Great little spot! Service was friendly, orders were fast, and all the food was perfect. The prices are reasonable for the quality and portions. Even though it's on the smaller side, it still worked really well for us dining family style with 7 people.“
