“Originally went to Tacos El G thinking it was El Gordo...what a mistake that was. This place is absolutely amazing! I got tacos, my partner got carne asada fries. My tacos were bomb, so much flavor, a little wet but idc bc it tastes soooo good. I didn't give 5 stars cuz my partners carne asada fries were smokey tasting. Wasn't my or her thing. Comparing to another carne asada fries I've ever had. Kinda like beef jerky smokey. Anyways just stick to the tacos and all good! I'll be back!“

“Great tasting Ramen local in Chula Vista - Eastlake area. We don't have to drive to Kearney Mesa anymore for Ramen. Portion is a bit smaller than Rakiraki, but just as delicious. I recommend the black garlic Tonkotsu. It came with the pork belly without paying extra. The Okama Steak Ramen is a bit sweeter, but just as good. I want to try the black garlic flavor Ramen with steak next time.

Service is great, both waiter and waitress are friendly. Nice atmosphere, not crowded, plenty of parking. Highly recommend this restaurant for fresh and authentic flavor Ramen.“

Followed him as he helped open The Friendly up the block, and finally I'm stoked he's brought his talent to Chula Vista, my hometown. Crispy and juicy burgers with fresh vegetables and made how you ask. The chopped beef sandwich is super good, and the pizza is true to its NY style. All affordable, all legit.“
