Arrived in the early morning to find a pristine, complete selection arranged across two small display cases. The operational care here is obvious—warm items were securely packaged completely separate from the cold pastries per my request, preserving the structural integrity of the crusts.

Traditional Croissant: Stunning work and an absolute lesson in volume. It features a striking, bi-texture design on the exterior rings where the ultra-glossy, deeply bronzed egg-wash finish splits open along the ridge lines during baking, creating a beautiful shattered-lace effect that highlights the perfect expansion of the lamination layers.
