“Good, authentic South Indian food is hard to find. Id Cafe isn’t exactly easy to find either. It’s located at the basement level of the Ramada Inn.

However, the food is fantastic. Truly South Indian sambar, great chutneys and excellent dishes. Syed, the man behind the counter had great suggestions, was sensitive to food allergies and had great energy.

I got idly sambar (large portions) and Hyderabad bandi dosa to go. Kudos to the chef.

For a place that’s only been open for 12 days, it is racking up reviews and business.

“Just two people, one in the kitchen and one doing everything else. But they were so kind and welcoming. I never felt neglected. I had a fantastic beer I've never seen before (Kati Patang) and my saag was delicious and not oily. I would have liked it a little spicier but I can just request that next time. Truly wonderful experience all around and I can't recommend it enough.“

“A casual kinda place to go and eat. The food here however is delicious. The chow mein is so tasty!!! Loved the Momo’s too. I’m a big chicken tikka masala person and their’s did not disappoint!
My husband had lamb vindaloo which he really enjoyed also:) The garlic nan bread is one of the best I have had .
Portion sizes were good and we left feeling full and with plenty of leftovers.
This is probably my new go to place for Indian/Nepalese food.“

“November 13th, around 4:50 PM aimlessly walking around decovering new places to see and dine in when I stumbled upon ANARKALI ( Pakistani/Halal/Indian ) The lady who took my order made me feel like I was the only one there (even though I was for a while) She made sure I toured the restaurant/store with a light and easy futter. My order took longer than expected by her, but honestly, I watched her put my meal together, and it was not rushed... She repeatedly apologized, but honestly, I loved the dedication to the craft. Another customer came in as well as a delivery order, but she gave all of us special attention. I loved how I felt in the atmosphere as well as wonderful. The food was prepared. 5 out of 5 stars 💜💜💜💜💜 Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!!“

“Lunch buffet is fantastic. Great price and selection. I tried everything and all are delicious. The complimentary chai is a great bonus. Will definitely come back and recommend the place to friends and family too!

Also ordered takeout a few times too. The popular dish like butter chicken, tikki masala, saag paneer are all well made!“

“Food is alright, primarily buffet and kind of white washed. Great service and has a broad selection of non vegetarian dishes and even some american varieties. My only request is to bring the authentic culture and flavor back or else I will go to Veer Da Dhaba in Antioch!“

“This is a new branch of Tandoori pizza in Pittsburgh. I have visited their Brentwood branch several times. Visited for lunch buffet. Had their lamb and chicken pizza. They were awesome as usual. It is a great buffet to have for lunch. Highly recommend this place. Service is great too.“
