“I love it here. Tiny spot so reservations are a must. Plenty parking in the back (aka the Ralph’s parking). Everything I ate made me happy. The appetizers are worth every penny and every bite is an experience. I followed suggestions I saw on social media and the hummus and lamb app with , a jollof platter (plus a couple other plates I loved but can’t remember) did not disappoint. The staff is super knowledgeable and nice so they can help you make a decision. One cocktail and one glass of wine made me wish I was going out after but it was a Thursday and I chose sleep!“

“Let me start with its a very long line & wait.

The food is absolutely delicious and the portions are very generous. Customer service is fantastic. But geez the long line up…we arrived at 1:25 they open at 1:30pm & there was a long line, I mean long but they did provide ice cold water which was refreshing & needed when standing in the sun for any length of time.
By the time we got into the restaurant, order, pay & actually get our food it was 3:50pm. They have seating available once you get inside and wait another 30-45 min for your order so you can relax.
Yes people thats how long the wait is. 2.5hrs to wait for food don't get me wrong like I said the food was great but just cant see myself waiting in line again for that length of time hence the 3 stars for atmosphere. I was told the line up is the norm.“

“Just ate here this week, and it was great! I got their fried fish combo with greens and Mac n cheese, and it was delicious!

I haven't had fried fish like this in years, and they give you 3 giant pieces! The greens were nice and savory, and the mac n cheese was fresh and tasty. I also enjoyed their strawberry lemonade which paired well with my meal.

If you can get a meal at Dulan's, you won't regret it! I'll be back again soon, thanks!!“

“Absolutely the finest Soul Food. You don't want to skip this place. I had the lunch portion of the Oxtail and chose the Candied Yams and Mac and Cheese as sides. It came with 2 Cornbread Muffins. It was all delicious and filling. I ordered the Coconut Pineapple Cake for Dessert. It filled the container. See the picture. Totally Recommend this place.“

“We are not locals. The neighborhood seemed pretty scetch, but I am really glad we are not discouraged! The place was clean, service good and the food was great. Chicken sandwich was awesome, as were waffles. One star off for atmosphere, as a couple were listening to music , on phone the entire team we were there, and it was pretty annoying. If you like this style of food (comfort? Southern?) you shouldn't miss this place!“

“Our family of 5--parents + kids 22, 19 and 13--had Fatburger on our "must do" list for LA. We wanted to eat inside, but they were only serving through the drive-thru so...drive-thru it was. The wife and I don't eat beef so we each got the Fatburger w/Impossible patty. The kids got the Classic Fatburger. Fries all around of course. The car was filled with smacks, slurps and mmmms. Good burgers! Now the fries could have used more seasoning but the burgers were slappin'!“

The mimosas are delicious and the side dishes are a good portion, the owners hospitality ended our experience with smiles. Long post but I bottom line is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! “Best BBQ hands down! I have been getting my Que for over 3 years now. So much they know me by name and my order. I'm a no sauce person and a lot of places can't deliver that "wow" effect when it comes to seasoning. But Rowes seasonings is to perfection. All the sides are fire, my favorite is the potato salad. Plates are well portioned, for a great price. And we ain't gonna talk about the Peach Cobbler??. Gotta get there early tho, because by 3 or 4 some food can be sold, that's just how good it is. No cap, I have business I do bi weekly in the area and I never leave without going thru and grabbing a plate. Keep bringing that ? Que Rowe I'm a customer for life!!!“

I was quite clear on what she said... However upon arriving at the Eatery to pick up my order... I was given a different price by the Owners Daughter... She has an extremely Smug and Nasty Attitude!!! And it's nothing new! Then she screwed up the 2nd order as well... Again... Her Attitude is extremely Smug and Nasty, I could care less if her father is the owner, I will not be spoken to or at as if I am a liar after having been A faithful Patron there! Her Huffing and Puffing as if she were some type of Dragon trying to put out a fire didn't bode well with me. When I went in I was being polite but after trying to explain the error in pricing and ordering she acted as if I were trying to get something for nothing, when I only wanted what was the original price quoted to me by phone and my order done properly. Then after almost 30 minutes she accused me of not paying for Yams! I thought she had rung them up so I brought them out to the car, she then asked... Did you pay for those? I said yes... Didn't you ring them up!? She no I didn't... But you can have them! I said... Certainly not! I took them right back inside and left them on the counter! If her attitude hadn't been so nasty I would have let it go... But she has very poor social skills! And you can't have Poor social skills when your in the Restaurant business should you choose to keep Loyal customers! Vidal, who is the owner I believe is a decent man , however when I called and left my phone number to speak with him 3 times... My call has yet to be returned, at the least... And I do mean least they could do is apologize!!! In any case.. I will take My $$$$ and all of my Church members and family, and Friends elsewhere to dine and tell them never to Darken the door of this Eaterie again until attitude adjustments are made ..if then! Folks... Go to where you are respected period! Stop settling for any old place no matter how good the food may or not be. I would rather have bad food and great customer service, than Good food and Horrible customer service! It's your choice!“
