“This was my first açaí bowl and it was amazing! I didn't know what to pick or how it worked, so I appreciated the woman working there helping me. I got the small build your own size. I had açaí and ube bases. I added banana, strawberry, blueberries, nuts, almond butter, Nutella, granola. There were so many options! This was great for walking around with while exploring Huntington Beach.“

“This place is amazing! I was about to update my review when I discovered I never wrote one! Yikes, live been here at least 10 times, have had different sandwiches and burgers they are all amazing. I love their Taco Tuesday menu. The in house sauces are some the best I've had in a while. Service is quick and responsive to needs. Freddy makes you feel right at home. “I just love the pastries and the smoothies. My favorite combination is the Sao Paulo Acai smoothie with a ham and cheese empanada. The Madley Mango bowl is also a good choice. And the staff is super friendly! It's one of my favorite spot for sure!“

“I was introduced to Vita cane with my sister and I were in Denver and we wanted sugarcane juice. Lo and behold, there would be one within 15 minutes from my home in Huntington Beach. I had been meaning to come, but never had the time to until one day I drove by and decided YOLO. I grabbed a pennywort for me and a fruity orange one for my SO. Both were SO good. It was his first sugarcane juice so we decided to go fruity. Pennywort is always a fav of mine. While there, I had the pleasure of talking with the owner and I guess this is the only sugarcane juice in the area that splurges on organic sugarcane. Juices are freshly made to order and sooo worth it. Acai bowls are on the cheaper side. I had them in Denver and plan to have one from here as well soon! Place is clean and quiet. I'd imagine good for studying if I was still a student.“

“They just opened barely about a month ago! The owner was so sweet she offered free iced coffee on the house, but me and my boyfriend had matcha somewhere else. I loved the energy and the brief explanation of the bagel I asked for! I got the #1: 5th Ave bagel! It is so good with the salmon! If you want a mini lunch, with a lot of portions, this is it! “I've been visiting this spot since they opened. Their food is delicious, well-made, and of course. Healthy. I get different variations of the avocado toast along with the healthy veggies sandwich. I absolutely love their almond butter smoothie. Their natural juices are also tasty. My boyfriend loves ordering chicken and turkey sandwiches from here, as well. The service is attentive and very polite. No complaints. The owner is sometimes at the shop, and he's very knowledgeable on any of the food items. The tables are always clean. I also like that they play so jazz and pop music to add character to the ambiance. Definitely a 5/5 star rating. “Very good acai. I ordered the 24oz i believe, and damn it was huge. The fruits were fresh and the granola was layered, so when you reach the bottom it's not just a acai. “I love to go to Active Culture every time I’m in the Newport area. They have very original healthy options like the LB bowl and the Chocolate Bliss shake. The yogurt and açaí bowls are so good too. I like to get an LB bowl to go because the brown rice, apples, dates, prosciutto and cheese hold up well while traveling and I can eat it anytime I get hungry. Close to the ocean and sitting outside on a nice day is heavenly.“

We came here on a whim while looking for something light to eat before dinner.I was really impressed by how big of a variety they had, when it came to bases, fruits, nut butters, etc... luckily they had a create your own option! We got a 16 oz to share. I was able to try the acai and pur coco (aka blue coconut) bases and both were absolutely delicious and refreshing. They had 4 types of chia puddings to choose from (vanilla, matcha, cocoa, and turmeric cinnamon). We went for the vanilla and it was light and sweet!Toppings are unlimited so the creations you can make are limitless. The space is small and quaint, but has ample seating available for smaller groups.“

“FRESH fruit! Sometimes the fruit can be so so at açaí places. But we really enjoyed our bowls. The price for the amount was fair and just tasted really good! Size small bowl you get 2 bases and the medium you get 3 bases. Decent amount of places to sit inside and enjoy your food. The mango base was very good, not too sweet but great flavor. Definitely a good spot to hit up before the beach or after! Parking is just if you can find it... paid or not. But for the most part you should be good.“

Compared to Blue bowl, I like how theres no fruit flies flying around like & this place is closer. Its a dollar more here than blue bowl. I found this place when I was looking at Yelp, then I saw they had UBE I got excited & when I got there they didn't have it. There's a variety of options. The verdict on the bowl, its good. It comes close to blue bowl. My only feedback is the coco lina is not as flavorful as the blue coconut from blu bowl. The portions weren't as generous either. I'd give this place another try.Pleaseeee bring UBE BACK, I'd love to try it.“

“Kept hearing amazing things about the coconut caramel latte. Came in when I had some free time and was greeted by a super friendly barista, they made my drink lightning fast, and it was DELICIOUS. All around my experience was wonderful and the service and prices were much better than their well known green sirened competitor. I'm just bummed there aren't more locations more inland in OC because this one is slightly difficult to get to unless you're already in close proximity. I've even tried to order online ahead of time to try to cut time down but sadly the coconut caramel isn't on their website for ordering for some reason. Regardless, this is one of the best coffee experiences I've had in a long time!“

“Came here to try what the hype was about on Instagram and I've always wanted to try Japanese pancakes and this seemed close enough! Take this rating with a grain of salt. I have never tried Japanese pancake, but if I did it probably tasted like how I experienced it here. The seating area is pretty small. Don't expect seating for a large crowd, but comfortable for a small date or hangout with another friend. We did order two drinks along with this soufflé and my drink was pretty good! I forgot to take a picture but it's the avocado coffee. Pretty much a blended avocado smoothie with espresso shot poured over. This will really keep you awake if you're sensitive to caffeine and the richness of the avocado makes it filling with its fat. Overall 4.5/5 and soufflé was extremely fluffy and jiggly as you can see here. It tasted like light and fluffy egg on cloud with whatever topping you prefer. It will taste like that with the egg flavor being the first initial taste. Definitely will come back to try other options!“

“I love this place! I have enjoyed the frozen yogurt from this location in Irvine (Close to UCI) for the past couple of years and have not been disappointed! Following a car accident, I began ordering it by delivery, which worked out so well I often still do! Even by delivery, the staff still takes the time to package it well and ensure the order is correct! In addition to the place itself and its yogurt, the staff is fantastic and very personable!! In fact, from my occasional phone calls asking if a specific flavor is available, I've found that more than one staff member literally knows who it is and greets me by name before I even have a chance to tell them! They even remember my usual order. This kind, personable attitude is something that is far from the norm in this day and age! Their consistent, kind demeanor reminds me of what things must have been like ages ago! Long before, so many acted entitled, too often treating the people serving them as if they were insignificant! Serving the public is a tough job, and when it's performed at this high level, I am incredibly impressed! I have to admit that while I don't have impossible or unrealistic expectations for any establishment, I do have relatively high expectations that need to be met before I feel comfortable writing glowing reviews that others may use when deciding where to go. That said, this place, its yogurt, its flavors, and its amazing staff far surpass those expectations! My sincerest thanks to all of you at the University Center Yogurtland for your hard work and simultaneous positive demeanor that, IMO, goes unrecognized far too often! “I was looking for yummy caffeine driving through the area, and I found earth bar! I was specifically looking for specialty coffee. I wanted coffee with a twist not just a regular flat white. I found this place since they offer superfood coffee and alchemy lattes. I got their Focus Coffee which has MudWtr, coffee, almond cream, coconut nectar and wow!!! It's yummy and had the kick. Since they offered juices and healthy snacks, I grab myself a bottle of their detox, cream juice, and their vitamin C juice. I could not forget to grab the chocolate crispy earth balls, too!“

“The best thing about Yogurtland is that you can mix a bunch of different ice creams on your own, and also, they have a ton of toppings to choose from. You can have as little as you want or fill the whole cup. It's up to you. They charge by the weight of your cup.“
