This location appears to be an offshoot of a larger family-run restaurant/bakery in Fountain Valley so they carry delicious-looking pastries and pies from their mothership location ("Amarith Farmhouse - Restaurant & Pie Shoppe"), which I ogle longingly through the display glass, knowing my dietary restrictions prevent me from eating, but for those without, have at it! They make a good-tasting latte as well. A welcome addition to the Corona del Mar dining experience, providing a healthy full meal at reasonable prices, unlike a number of other local restaurants.“

“The owners at Van Dyke are so friendly. I visited at the recommendation of a friend. It's located in a business complex, and parking is paid, but they validate. Some of the drinks are named after their regulars, which is what we ordered. I love strawberry-chocolate anything, so Spencer's was right up my alley. Inki's was really good too. There's so much room for seating, and I love the ambiance--it's so open. It was great to stay and study. We also were given a cookie on the house, which was enormous and took me days to eat (but it stayed perfectly good). We will be back!!“

“This isn't your typical surf shack joint. Typical beach cafes don't serve beef short rib sandwiches. Much of their menu is a step above what you'd likely be expecting from a location like this. From the outside it looks unassuming and familiar. You walk up, order, find a spot and grub. As far as I can tell, you don't need shoes or a shirt just an appetite. It's not refined or snoody, it's just damn good.They season their chips. The lowly give-away that most places serve stale as low-cost hunger appeasement filler, is done fresh and treated with care. Putting forth effort into making the most basic parts of the menu delicious means they really want everything they put out to be delicious. The thought and care behind the quality of their items is often sought but rarely found. “EXCELLENT SERVICE ! My wife and I decided to try this cafe for lunch on Sunday after our walk around a nearby nature reserve. It's situated inside a quaint old world shopping village. There were a number of dessert choices inside the display cabinet but I thought we eat some solid food first and see how we felt. It wasn't real busy when we first arrived but all of a sudden more and more people were dropping in for coffees. Ayla made our Flat Whites and placed them on the service counter for me to collect. QUITE GOOD ! Our flat whites were well made by baristas Ayla.....they had a nice robust flavor ! After a few minutes Ayla had warmed up our Boreks and they were ready to eat. DELICIOUS ! We shared half of each one and both were delicious. DESSERT ! I saw the tray of Baklava on the cashier counter when I ordered...I love it so I ordered one and a Creme Brulee Bar for my wife. My fresh made Baklava tasted fabulous. On the other hand my wife's Creme Brûlée Bar was too firm....it needed to be served at room temperature. “just a passing visitor, I found this coffee shop within walking distance of where I was staying. based on the menu and pricing looked like a good place to get a cup of coffee for a decent price. I arrived in the atmosphere, was very welcoming, and a perfect spot to work remotely. I ordered a 8 ounce cup of black coffee. Their drip coffee is medium roast but one of the blends is lighter than the other and I enjoyed that. I also ordered a eggs Florentine burrito and switched out the spinach for potatoes. Salsa was excellent with the burrito, they offer free Wi-Fi and have outlets to charge your laptop along the walls if you are able to snag a spot. I worked and stayed at Hola Adios, for about 2 1/2 hours and left before they closed. The staff was very welcoming and nice and even gave me a free refill of my coffee before I left, I think that was because they were closing soon. highly recommend this coffee shop for coffee at a great price or alternatively, a nice spot to work remotely from. And I was shocked as I always thought it's only a coffee roaster place. He said this is the normal reaction of folks coming in and ordering coffee. The initial flavor of the matcha is good, and the blended drink is a nice consistency. The only thing is that the matcha does leave a bit of a grainy taste on your tongue with each sip. Lychee Jasmine Tea (4/5): It came with real lychee and green tea jelly, both of which are delicious with the drink. The flavor itself is very mild, the lychee flavor is not super strong but the drink is pretty good! Not too sweet either Will come back if I'm in the area.“

Also, I noticed with larger parties, because the dishes don't come out in order, it is pretty common for at least one or more of the guests to be left without their food forcing the rest of the part to start beforehand.
