“Went to Bandera on my birthday which was March 15 ,2024 and I had the Filet Minion with broccoli and mash potatoes, Also a glass of refreshing white champagne. Then for dessert I had a delicious chocolate dessert, with whip cream and a leaf mint on it . Tasted like it had a little alcohol in it . Our waiter was very nice , sweet , always asking if our meal was good and how everything is going. I forgot the waiters name but he’s very tall , about 6’6 .“

“The summer house is a general go to for American food. The prices are on the high side for the food you get. We generally go here for a quick meal. The server we got tonight is little hard on hospitality and same experience we had before from him. I think he has been there a while and regulars get better service and not so short with service at there tables from.what we noticed.“
“This was our 1st time visiting this location... it was awesome!!! Same great food, great vibe (lots of pretty people at the bar) and service was awesome!!! The manager came up to us letting us know our food would be delayed for a bit... but we didn't even notice the delay... the service is outstanding. I love the Macho salad... it is so d'lish. Great menu, distinguished wine list and a super hot place for a meal. We will go back for sure!!!“

“We came here twice in one week...once for lunch and once for breakfast, and we were thrilled with our food, service, and price.The first day we had the Jetty Burger and the Tuna Melt. One of us had the homemade chips as a side, and the other the potato salad...YUMMY! This morning we had the breakfast burrito with bacon, and the Breakfast Burger with bacon. Both were the bomb!“

“Hamilton was our server and he was very attentive. We very much enjoyed the crab cake, shrimp and crab stuffed mushrooms, the beet salad, the Filet Mignon, and the dessert samplers. Fabulous meal, beautiful restaurant. And even though it was a Sunday and very crowded, our food was prepared flawlessly and the service was excellent.“

“We had a great dining experience at Urban Plates in Long Beach. Mariana explained the menu choices in a very unrushed manner, and we decided on the steak. I ordered the Chimichurri grass-fed steak with balsamic brussel sprouts and herb-roasted potatoes. All of it was delicious ( and healthy too!). The deserts were absolutely killer too. We will definitely eat here again next time we're in Long Beach.“

“Might just be the best restaurant in the area if not all of OC… Every dish we tried was sublime. From the Ratatouille to the Pistachio Soup (a delicious bisque) to Signature dish the Airline Chicken, we didn’t leave a morsel on our plates. Then there was this unique confection… Baclava Cheesecake!“

“Wow. Had some truly special food here. The Koobideh was juicy, and almost perfect. It was served with a little spicy aioli that brought the whole dish to another level. The babaghanoush had some lovely balsamic that elevated it elegantly and the Tzatziki had pickles instead of cucumbers and it was the best I’ve tasted. My wife had pita fries and they were genius and delicious. Do not leave without trying the saffron pistachio and/or pomegranate/chocolate ice cream. Service and ambiance were matched to the food, just right.“

“We went in late, everything else was closed.
My GF was extremely hungry so they took a quick order of a taco first, ordered it and then came back for the order she received her Taco satisfied her hunger. Then the shared food came out, She ate 3/4 of that. She must have been hungry.
The waiter was extremely accommodating, repeated checkups on us.
Wonderful demeanor.
Told manager about our great experience and suggested a bonus for him. I also gave him an extra tip.“

“We went to the Yard House at Irvine Spectrum on Thanksgiving, and it was wonderful. We had the Turkey Dinner, which included mashed potatoes & gravy, macaroni & cheese, stuffing, Brussels sprouts, and Pumpkin cheesecake, all of which was delicious, and only $29.99 per person. The service was great. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient. Management even came by to check on our table. We will definitely be back!“

“Once you open the front door it's a whole new experience. Curb Appeal is not what brings you in. Had a great starter cocktail- the Velvet Matador was delicious, Tequila with a Red Wine Float and hints of Cinnamon. An unlikely fall duo that didn't disappoint. Fancy Bar Food is always fun. I hear they are changing things up soon, excited to see what's next.“

“We've been coming to The Wine Gallery for a couple years. I have never had a bad meal. The fig bruschetta, meatballs and arugula salad for starters. The seasonal gnocchi is AMAZING! The staff and servers are exceptional. And you must order from the outstanding selection of wine. We often travel to Italy so having an experience like this so close to home makes us thankful. Cheers to the chef!“

Stopped in here with a friend for lunch while in the area. Looked interesting in passing. Atmosphere seemed to be a good thing. When we arrived there was little to no wait. However after seated, the waiter wasn't back to take our order for a long time. Until finally we flagged someone down. When we finally placed our order, we had to wait a while for food to arrive. Also had to flag someone down for the check. Food was delicious. Ahi steak salad hit the spot. Atmosphere was great. The server was good too, it honestly seemed that they were understaffed. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Dining area was organized and either in use or prepped for next use. Will surely be back to try again!

“We had high hopes coming to Olea, but alas we were disappointed. Location/Ambiance: Westcliff Plaza and small with a large bar at the front, the layout leaves little space for tables. We sat in a snug booth alongside the windows with a view of Susie Cakes next door. The decor is warm and modern. Food: Subpar! Burnt bread but delicious whipped butter. Butter lettuce and Goat cheese salad was bland with a basic dressing. Mac and cheese skillet was good but nothing amazing. Filet was dry with overdone gluey mashed potatoes, and underdone broccolini. Halibut was pan seared to a dry mess with an inedible coating, bland steamed seasonal vegetables of cauliflower, carrots, and broccoli as a side. Service: Friendly and Fake, if you enjoy watching servers walk away from your table talking about how "picky and difficult you are" this is a perfect spot. My Mother has dietary restrictions and we are specific to ensure a safe dining experience, it's sad when that's met with disdain. Overall: We won't be back!“

“This location is the best! The staff is very nice and attentive. My husband and I live in walking distance so we're here once a week. The food is much better here than the location on Alton. The only thing I'd change about this location is the smell of rancid standing water / funky garbage near the bathrooms.“

“The Duck Confit Spliff is a great representation of the Vietnamese & French cultures “wrapped” up all in one dish. And for a more traditional & fun way to eat it, you definitely have to use your hands. My only wish was for a little more duck in the spliff.
With the Ebelskivers, the concept was again brilliant. The garlic emulsion creates an intense garlic flavor but in a light and airy way. But like takoyaki, I wish there was more escargot in the batter to remind me more of that chewy feel from the traditional dish.
The surprise star of our meal was the Royale with Cheese. The wagyu had great flavor and char. And the sesame seed bun held up well for this napkin-required burger. But those pickles were amazing nuggets of necessity to add balancing acidity to the richness of the dish.
We definitely want to try the Duck Breast, the Spanish Octopus, and the Prix Fixe Meal on future visits. A final thanks to Chef & Curtis for the friendly service and explanation of the menu.“

“By far one of the best meals we've had in a long time. Let's start with the BBQ carrots — I never knew carrots could taste this good. They've got a slight kick and come with an incredible sauce. It's a generous appetizer, definitely shareable. We ordered the Chicken Piccata with a side of Cacio e Pepe, and it was hands-down the best Chicken Piccata I've ever had. The chicken was perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful, and the caper sauce was out of this world. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. We'll absolutely be back.“
