“I know this is a pizza place but their chicken nuggets are sooo good tooo! I have friends who love the pizza and one of my friends are gluten free are able to especially enjoy it because they can make a pizza with gluten free crust and he never gotten a bad reaction from it. I ordered a lunch special pepperoni pizza with a Caesar salad and a drink. When I picked up my order, I realized it wasn’t correct — I received a cheese pizza, no salad, but a box of jalapeños instead.

I called Gina’s Pizza to let them know, and Giovanni helped me right away. He was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding. He refunded me without any hassle and told me that next time I come in, to let him know and they’ll take care of me.

Mistakes happen, but great customer service makes all the difference. Giovanni’s attitude and willingness to fix the issue really stood out to me. I truly appreciated how thoughtful and respectful he was.

We were pleasantly surprised because everything from the friendly atmosphere, to the price, and especially to the pizza was excellent. My wife got a Canadian bacon and pineapple, which was delicious. I got just pepperoni, which was also delicious. Crust is thick and yummy, they put enough sauce, ingredients and cheese… Not skimpy. We will definitely be going back.“

This little to go joint looks totally out of place on the strip, in the best way. It’s got that big city order at the counter type of vibe except the staff is actually friendly, and the service is quick. The pizza? Hands down the best I’ve ever had. Perfect crispy crust, loads of cheese, and just the right amount of good greasy. Nothing fancy…just damn good pizza. We grabbed ours and ate it down the street, and somehow the whole experience just hit different. A true gem.“

“Ugh.... First the driver delivers half of our order with half of someone else's order. We ordered 2 small pizzas, large chicken caesar salad and 2 large meatballs. We received our two pizzas with someone else's small pizza and mozzarella sticks. We called the store, told them what happened. The other lady missing her food had already called. So they will send a salad and meatballs (and yes, we offered to pay for the extra pizza and mozzarella sticks). 45 minutes later the salad arrives with NO dressing. And 8 tiny meatballs... Bummer!!! All employees are nice and friendly, but the owner is an amazing human being, so humble and approachable, honest and relatable, love chatting with him every time we visit Cali, which is usually 2-3 times a year and we make sure we eat lunch and dinner at Sofra Urbana every day.
