“Love the manager Jill and her staff (some but not all: Sharlene, Hannah, lil Jill, Starla)! She really cares about making sure they get the drinks right. Great layout as well. Really enjoy coming here!

Update on June 22, 2025... I continue to be amazed by this particular Starbucks. Every single person I meet here is so kind. They always thank me for being nice but honestly they are so accommodating and cool.

I don't even live in Corona but come here a lot and now it's almost like a ritual for me that I have to make sure I go! I miss the staff when I'm not there and I ensure that I go. It's a model store!!“

“There was a misunderstanding on the charge for an extra scoop of the pearls on the summer skies. Maybe I said "double" pearls but I was confused on why for the extra pearls on the summer skies it was going to be 2 something while adding some pearls to my pink drink would be 1.50. I tried staying calm and respectful and asked for an explanation.I'd like to thank Erik for being respectful and calm as well. I told him I understand I will pay extra for added pearls but didn't understand how it was double for the extra pearls on the summer skies but 1.50ish for the added ones on the pink drink. He cleared it up and I was just a little frustrated because I've ordered these exact things like this before and I didn't have confusion. Plus the extra effort on speaking loudly because of the freeway next to this isn't helping. But I appreciated the calmness from the person on the speaker. So I go to the window to pay and get my order and I'm handed a water and I was like "we didn't ask for one" and the guy just kind of stared. (I don't think this was the guy on the speaker because this guy hardly was talking. I didn't feel the same vibe from the speaker guy) so my husband says louder "that's not ours" . He gives us the summer skies. Then he just stands without really saying much with his back to us. It took a while before we got my pink drink that I even wondered if they had forgot about it and that we were just in our car like idiots waiting. I get it maybe they had more orders but they could tell us something.Then my drink comes out and I had seen it as the girl was walking towards the window that it was going to need more coconut milk. A pink drink is a hit or miss because it sometimes looks like just the acai base. But I was getting fed up that I wasn't going to say anything and we start driving away and realize that from the two straws they had given me, one was a regular straw not a boba straw....I guess because originally I had been handed a water that wasn't ours and I hadn't realized it was a regular straw. So here I am with a pink drink with raspberry pearls that I didn't know how to slurp out....it wasn't just he straw missing, it was the lids with an opening for the mouth. I asked my husband to drive up to the front because I'd have to go in (clearly didn't wanna do that in the first place) the girl who had handed us the drink didn't say anything or greeted.Who ended up coming up to me was Erik. I said I was wondering how I'd be getting my boba pearls out and he kindly brought me a straw and correct lid. He apologized for the miscommunication in the speaker. I learned it was him who'm I was talking to in this straw/lid thing I went in for.
This lengthy review is to point out the experience I had with this location...not so much with the extra charge misunderstanding, but more with the other workers there on this day. Last week I was there through the drive through and a very sweet friendly girl at the window was very happy to get me extra coconut milk when I asked her for some because I noticed my pink drink looked way off. She offered to have it reshaken and I told her i could try it at home so I wouldn't hold up the line. That's the customer service I like. I will try to go to this location again only because Erik (from today's visit) seems very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to keep customers happy and coming back. He gave me reasons why the pink drink doesn't come out right sometimes and that I am able to ask for it to be remade or get more added coconut milk and be reshaken.
Excuse my grammar and bad sentences. I just wanted to finish this review already.

“Surprisingly busy at this location, and they were out of some items when I went, but its a decently large location and they were working quick to get orders out so I didn't have much of a wait even though the drive-thru looked like it'd take a long time (I walked inside, which was also crowded). No complaints about the chai I ordered.“

“I am new to this Starbucks location but so far I have had only positive experiences. The staff has always been friendly and greets me warmly in the drive thru. Today a barista who I believe is named Arielle was extra friendly and told me I was amazing. Little extras like that go a long way.“

“The 2 baristas that helped me out today were awesome. I loved their energy. I was a bit down but after spending a few minutes with them I'm feeling great. Thank you the eggnog drink was good. But I will definitely need to try the other recommendations with the raspberry.“

“This location is the best! I can’t stress enough how awesome the staff is. It’s a walk in only store but worth it in my opinion. The staff goes above and beyond to make you comfortable there. When it’s not so busy they walk your food and drink out to you! Maybe not all the time but the times I’ve been there that’s been my experience! Went to get my red cup today and it was busy! But they had one staff member handling everyone’s orders handing them their red cups with their orders! Very well done!“

“I live very close to this location so I stop here often, but I stop at many Starbucks locations while I’m work. But this location is far and away one of the best. Ciera helped me today, but my experience has been universal at this location with any of their employees. They are always kind, welcoming, and seem legitimately happy. When I have stopped by with my son they’ve been just as pleasant with him too. Drive through? Same. Always the best to deal with. Props to the store manager for having and fostering such a great team.“

“Love to come here daily, either when it's just to come grab a quick drink or to catch up on some work. The baristas are always so welcoming and understanding when it comes to your orders. Jennifer has been one of my go to baristas, and she is the kindest person you will ever get to deal with!“

“This is still a fan favorite! Especially love the refreshers and the new Cloud macchiato with a cinnamon, the health minded snacks help a lot for a person like me who drives a lot for work and doesn't have the opportunity to carry lunch around.“

“My husband did a wedding in Lake Elsinore and after the wedding we had to head home in Glendora to do another wedding. So glad we found this Starbucks. We ordered our super macha with soymilk and was so happy. Made it home. Changed our wardrobe and head off to the other wedding.“

This Starbucks is my daily go-to for a reason! The team at the W. Foothill Parkway location in Corona is simply outstanding. Every visit feels like a little coffee break oasis—calm, clean, and welcoming.

The baristas here are some of the friendliest I’ve encountered. They not only remember my name but also my exact drink (venti iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso—yes, I’m that person 😄). Even during busy mornings, they stay upbeat and efficient, keeping the line moving without sacrificing quality.

The interior is cozy with plenty of seating, and the outdoor patio has a nice view of the foothills—perfect for catching up on emails or relaxing with a book. I also love how clean everything is, from the floors to the condiment bar to the restrooms.

Extra points for how well this store handles mobile orders—always accurate, always on time, and they even tape the lids for to-go drinks.

If you’re looking for a consistently great Starbucks experience with amazing service, solid drinks, and a peaceful atmosphere, this is the one to visit in Corona. Five stars all the way!“

“It's all over the place, but the small one inside Vons is being re-build, so gar it looks good. My Favorite Drink is "Java Chip Frappechino" with whipped cream & caramel. It is a nice inviorment 4 kids & adults try it out...... PS. Ask 4 item's from theire secret menu hehe!!“

“There was a time when Starbucks started to lose their great service. Somehow it's back and this location is no exception. Very friendly and my bearded dragon was smiling from all the attention she was getting. Nice spot to study or just chill with great coffee.“
