Blame covid for the price increases and there are sign posted to make you aware of the increase. it's the best food and most reasonable prices in town. if you cant afford a 11 dish then don't buy or complain about it. “I’ve visited this grocery store several times (out of towner and only visit Cali once a year), but this is my first time trying Hokkaido Ramen. I kept my expectations low, since this is located in a food court, but I was surprised by the layer of flavors I could taste in this bowl of spicy ramen. By the way, THIS is the regular size, so I’m so glad I didn’t get the large size.

I liked that the toppings were served separately from the noodles and the broth. I could either dunk them in the soup before my bite, or eat them as is. The half boiled egg was soooo good with the spicy soup though!!! My tummy is so satisfied!

Granted it was a Saturday in the middle of the lunch rush, the wait was only 10 minutes. I’m so glad I made the right choice. FYI I was given a buzzer so I didn’t mind that my seat was on the opposite side of the food court.“

“I stopped by Happy Pho for lunch on a rainy day. The service was fast and efficient, which was great for a busy lunchtime.

The portion size was generous, definitely good value. However, the rice noodles were overcooked. Other than that, everything else was good.

If they improve the noodle texture, it would be a solid spot for a quick pho fix.“

“I went to Palenque by Mezcal twice last week — once on Thursday with my fiancé, then again on Saturday with friends. Safe to say: we were hooked.

Thursday night: My fiancé had the Torta Cubana (he LOVED it) and a beer. I went with the shrimp tacos and a Paloma cocktail. The tacos were tasty but spicier than expected — I had asked for no spice, so that was a small miss. However, the real surprise was dessert: the tres leches with lemon and blueberries — absolutely delicious! Not too sweet, refreshing, and such a nice twist on the classic.

Saturday: We came back with a group and ordered a variety to try — carne asada tacos, birria tacos, and grilled octopus. Everything was solid, but the octopus? Next level. Perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. It stole the show.

Prices are on the higher end, especially for Riverside, but honestly… YOLO. The vibes are great, the food is elevated, and it feels like a special night out without leaving town.“

“One of my favorite places to get naengmyun. Mo Ran Gak is a name that is widely known to have reputable cold noodles.
When you get a meat dish with naengmyun, they give you a small side dish of the spicy one as well. Or vice versa if you got the spicy, you'll get the broth one as a side.
There is a small parking lot here and usually a line even right when they open.
I would advise on coming early or putting aside enough time to wait 1 hour before being seated on a busy day.“

“I ordered this place many many times. One time I also noticed the “suspicious” fried tofu with black dots on them. I was so angry so I called the owner, they explained to me the crispy tofu soaked with 卤汁 sauce will make the tofu looks like it’s not fresh… I didn’t believe him at first then I poked the black dots and they were really small pockets of sauce…. I don’t think they deserve a 3 star!!! It’s actually really yummy and taste fresh… I often crave this place. Also today when I ordered, I noticed they changed their tofu type and added more bok choy. “When we went to eat on Friday night there was an amazing server named skyler(Skylar) and she was the best server we have ever received. My fiance was eating soup and when he was finished she noticed that he didn't eat part of the soup and specifically asked if he would like it without. “Our kids loved dining at Olive Garden when we lived in Lynnwood, WA. After moving to Irvine, CA, we go there regularly for the lunch special. The Irvine location is the best one in Orange County. The service is consistently excellent, making each visit a pleasant experience.

Our kids enjoy the kids’ menu and love dipping the signature breadsticks into the Zuppa Toscana and Chicken Gnocchi soups. They always say it’s so tasty.

But what can I say about this place! The food, staff, entire vibe of this resto and area is amazing!

I got the bulgolgi broth and my wife got the spicy pork broth!
You can also mix, but the broths are tasty just as is too. They give you recommendations on what to try and mix together ie- cold soba noodles with broth and meat ??

Highly recommend the rib eye and top cut. There are a bunch of different sides and you can even get crab and shrimps too!
Wide variety of veggies and selection to make your dipping sauce.

All you can eat for 35$ each for great tasting food and ambiance- 100% worth it and definitely coming back“

The Nem Nuong Roll was delicious!
We were lucky to try a free sample of his Wonton as they sold out of it.
The Green Thai Tea was refreshing as well! My kids can't wait to come back to eat everything again!

Next time, I will try the Banh Canh Noodle Soup, I saw someone ordered it and the seafood were all individually packed for freshness!

“Omg this is my new favorite spot for Hu tieu nam vang! I got the dry version with rice noodles which came it to around $15. It was soo delicious and perfectly balanced. The sauce brings the whole dish together and love the pickled garlic! Broth was so good and comforting. The gentlemen taking our order was so friendly and upbeat. Definitely recommend!!“

“I like the big portion of this restaurant. I went 2 people so we ordered 2 dishes. We tried: 1. Pork Back Bone Stew: very huge portion. The meat is soft and you can feel the broth has been well cooked that gives you the sweet and rich taste. 2. Stir Fried Squid (because I love squid!): very good. This dish can be eaten with rice (if you want to be full) or will paired good with a taste of Soju. The portions are big so don't over ordering or you will have some food to go. The food is a little plaint and there's salt to add (if you are a salty food fan) to assure you don't leave the broth behind. You will feel healthy as you leave the place. Will be great to have for hangover or when you are sick. I went on a weekend night for dinner and the restaurant was a little quiet. I think this place is most suitable for lunch. i got the pad see ew with chicken for $10.95... weighed about ~20oz... pad see ew is my favorite thai dish... i always get it... it's good, especially for the price... it has noodles, chinese broccoli, chicken, and egg...

i also tried the thai style omelette for $8.95... weighed about ~14 oz... t's just some rice topped with a fried egg... the egg is fluffy and salted to taste very good... but for ~$9, it is a bit overpriced...

overall, this place is cheaper than other thai places, but for $10 per pound of food, it is still pretty expensive...“
