“Locals hangout. Locals often avoid the touristy trendy restaurants, buit love to meet and hang out at this super fun dive bar. Recommended by a local.
The food (burger, chips & beer) was good. A nice selection of beers on tap and by the bottle. Watch sports, play pool/billiards, hang out with friends, have a PTA meeting,etc.
As we were leaving, the local ladies, all meeting together Sunday night, were super friendly and waved hello/goodbye. Fun place.“

“Great place for cocktails in El Segundo. A lot of classic tiki drinks plus some twist. The purple passion and Vic's grog was my favorite. The atmosphere is a tiki bar with island vibes and music. The staff was super nice and very informative of recommendation of the drinks. There's also two billiard tables for entertainment besides the sports TVs.“

“Cool little bar, not a lot of room, but I think this is the type of spot you pop in on the way some where else so not a lounge type of bar. We met up with friends here before a concert and its was nice. Bar tenders were very attentive and made sure we were taken care of while we were there. I ordered an espresso martini, superb! Almost got another one but didn't wanna go overboard before the concert.“

“First let me say I gave the food 5 stars but actually I didn't try it so I just kept everything five stars. I was in town for a funeral and I needed somewhere to go and have a drink shoot a game of pool and relax. I stopped by this place and everyone was very friendly including the bartender Michelle and they made me feel like I was a regular. When some of the guests found out that I was in town for a funeral some of them offered drinks to me and my family for our loss. This is a friendly place and I felt at home and I would definitely come back here and recommend that you try it as well.“

No judgement for morning or midday drinking. You can disappear for an hour or two before you face the world. Not a family place and not a restaurant. Dimly lit and cozy.
Id definantly go back again if I get down this way.“
“We are from out of town. Looked up this bar and decided to check it out. The bar is inviting, clean with a good atmosphere.
The bartender was very attentive. The local people there seemed to be chill and very friendly. We had good drinks, fun pool games and good conversation. We will be back!“

“Very cute hole in the wall or what you would call a dive bar! Very small and intimate definitely a good place to go if there's just two or three of you not really a place for a large group. They have some tables as well as a pool table, the drink selection is well-priced you can get a beer and a shot for 9$ which is amazing definitely not top shelf but for today's economy it's great also Mari is amazing ❤️“

“Great venue for concerts! It’s relatively small allowing you to be closer to the artist on stage. There’s a bar, seats available and an outside patio area. Speakers can get super loud so I’d suggest bringing earplugs if you have sensitivity. Just saw Author & Punisher this week 🦾 and Youth Code earlier this year ⚙️ 🙌“

“I performed a Blues concert there this week in their large music hall & library with bar which adjoins a very busy bar room playing old school
recorded R&B. It's a lively and fun place to hang. There's cocktails, beer, music and pool tables. A diverse friendly crowd. They let you Postmate or bring food. There's even an outdoor patio.“

“Came from the UK and stayed in the hotel opposite and visited this pub back in August a few times and found it very welcoming and managed to get a few games of pool in with the regulars who didn’t like me winning all the time 🤣😂. Bar staff are also great, if I pop over the pond again I will stop off there again.“
“The absolute best combination of dive bar and arcade you could ask for! It was the bartenders first day (sorry I forgot your name) but he was friendly, engaging and knew his stuff about the games. Cash only, which is honestly part of the charm. Highly recommended!“

“Okay so there is only beers, wine, and hard kombuchas available (with a selection of unalcoholic drinks as well and soda) so there aren’t any cocktails or spirits. However, this works ??? Somehow it elevates the atmosphere, the wine with the beer it’s just the essentials. The DJ they brought in was so GOOD, (DJ Barrett). The bartenders are so nice, at one point the diva was left alone behind the bar but she was killing it. She was so nice regardless of how many people were waiting for their drinks, she deserves a raise I love her. The prices are decent compared to other LA bars I’ve been to. Overall a good bar to pre game and hang out and have a smoke.“

“I came here on a whim after wanting to avoid the crowds at Zebulon. Honestly this bar is a hidden gem, and thank god it hasn’t been flipped upside down and turned into condos. The outside is a neon lit heaven from the 1960s. You enter and the staff are warm from the get go. There is a left and a right side to the bar: The right side is a sizable dance floor complete with a gigantic disco ball, Dj booth, a couple leather booths, and panther sculptures. They played disco and funk this very day and the crowd was diverse and cool. The left side is the bar where there a probably 5 or six extremely comfortable retro leather booths. They have a great tequila selection but you can also order a $4 Tecate. My kind of joint full of vibe that i can’t wait to try again!“

“OK. The staff are awesome. If I’m in Echo Park, OBVIOUSLY, I am gonna stop by Little Joy. Sometimes Tina DJs and she plays stuff like China by Red Rockers and that is just amazing. But what keeps me coming back is Wednesday night karaoke with KJ Jonathan. Every Wednesday from 10:30pm to 1:30am, KJ Jonathan brings his awesome, sweet, hilarious sensibilities to Little Joy and makes all your karaoke dreams come true. Like karaoke? You owe it to yourself to call in sick on Thursdays and make it happen. DO IT.“
