“Veal Marsala needs a small taste of the raw Marsala like what my friends Nonna's did. The Seafood pasta didn't have quite as much seafood in it as other 2 Italian places we frequent. Besides that, the flavors were really good. Loved their minestrone. I would have liked to have that in place of the great desserts they have. Darn it, I should have thought to take a quart home!“

I ordered the Linguini and fresh Clams with roasted peppers and light cream sauce. The results were delicious with excellent flavor and presentation. Hubby needed his Cavatelli with red gravy as a side dish since he hasn't found anything like this in our area. He also ordered Lasagna as the main course and we were surprised to see a very large portion! The bread, and I am not a bread eater, was heavenly. Hubby claims good Italian bread is like eating cake and I couldn't agree more with him more. I am now a convert! The pasta is homemade, the red gravy is delicious. We will be returning. Thank you for being here for all of us Italian food lovers ❤️“

Until, we talked, I stopped ordering from Terun on principle. I was a frequent client. Takeout customers must be honored for requests that are gladly honored when in the dining room. Takeout customers should be thanked for not causing dirty tablecloths and dishes -- and LOYALTY. Jessica reinstated that loyalty. I truly hope that the owners appreciate her. Without extra sauces the food is too dry. With it, delicious. The prices honor extra sauces and more!“

“We are visiting from Ohio and had not been to A Bellagio in 10 years. Our experience was fantastic! The atmosphere has been enhanced with the remodeling that has been done. The ambience was lovely. Our server did a great job of making sure we were comfortable at all times and that we had everything we needed. The food was fabulous. We started with the Caesar salad. My husband chose the veal as his entree and I had the filet. Each one was prepared perfectly and the accompanying vegetables cooked to perfection. We each decided to choose the Tiramisu for dessert. Sampled some of the Italian IPA (who knew!) and also the primitivo (like zin) very good. Mains were the lamb (2 of us), tuna salad, meatballs and lasagne Lorenzo. Loved the lasagne, others were good. Lamb was just ok. The meat, mushrooms and polena were all woefully underseasoned (if at all)...had to ask for salt...and could barely detect the lemon or garlic. “So glad I stumbled across this gem today! William (cashier) was extremely patient, accommodating, and helpful. We ordered a porchetta sandwich, side of fries, double espresso, burger, and scone. Everything we had was delicious - the porchetta was one of the best sandwiches I’ve had. There isn’t a dedicated kids menu from what I saw, but they provided a high chair and most kids survive off fries, so we were fine. Parking is in a private lot and an easy walk from LPCH or Stanford shopping center. The weather was perfect for their patio dining, and staff were prompt to bring our food and clear tables.“

“Holy mercy... This place popped up twice today, once when my wife was browsing TikTok (😒) but again in The Downtowner newsletter I receive, so we went for a late lunch. We didn't realize that it was a shared space, so we also got to try a slice of pizza and some fries, both of which came out quickly and very fresh, and I had an Old Fashioned, just because. By the time we finished the pizza and the fries, we didn't even get a chance to try the sandwich, so we took it to-go, a bit disappointed that we didn't try it hot and fresh.

Well. I just tried a bite a bit ago, and even cold and a bit soggy, it. Was. Incredible. My only real reference to an Italian beef sandwich is the few times I've tried Portillo's in the Midwest, and this was head and shoulders above their offerings. My bite turned into me finishing half of the sandwich without even realizing it. Their herb/spice blend is amazing, and I am now counting down the days until we have an excuse to get back out to Little Italy--we don't live far, so hopefully it won't be too long!“

“Delicious! First time there and had a meal on the outside towards the back of restaurant. Had a few different appetizers but I'd say go with the calamari as it's lightly breaded yet had the crunch and the squid soft and easy to eat. Great wine selection. For my main meal was the Filet Mignon dinner special. It was supposed to come with veggies and the meat in truffle sauce. Everything in my order was correct except the sauce on the filet mignon didn't taste nor look like truffle sauce but it looked and tasted more like a balsamic vinegar glaze. It was unique, as it had a vinegar flavor profile which was ok, though I really wanted more of a meaty taste. Dessert was great, had a pistachio cake that was mild in sweetness and more of the nutty flavor. Overall, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for me even with the little hiccup.

Parking: When you get to "Little Italy" one side has free parking but that gets full quickly, and the other side has parking meters that was active until 10PM (Yup, the meters are from 9am to 10pm in Little Italy, the rest of San Jose the meters stop operations at 6pm) which of course the parking space on the meters are available during the late afternoons but these spaces are full by 7/8pm.“
