“Really impressed by the chicken here. I would suggest trying at least one of your two sauce choices on the side so you can get a true taste of the batter. It is delicious, juicy, and so very crunchy this way. I tried the soy garlic which was nicely garlicky, as well as the spicy (hot) which I had on the side. The spicy sauce reminded me of samyang noodles sauce a bit. The cabbage salad is an excellent pairing and the pickled radish was sweet and a great pallette cleanser. Definitely a recommend. “A little shop in the stripe serving skinless moist chicken over rice. Comes with sauce and soup for take out. The chicken is not gamey which is big plus for me. Healthy choice. It’s refreshing over fried/oily food. I only wish they gave a little more veggie and sauce or ask if we’d like some sauce over the rice. I found the sauce not enough for my chicken and rice but still delicious. Would def return when around the area.“

“I love this specific Chick-fil-A location for a few reasons:
1) Gale is amazing and always there when you need anything
2) The children's play area is always very clean and keeps the kids entertained while I get a chance to eat in peace
3) They have high chairs (also very clean) available for kids
4) They always provide fast and friendly table service ( when you order to the table from the app), even when it's pretty busy

In particular, I was there last week. Gale greeted me at the door to hold it open since I had a sleeping infant and toddler in tow. I went inside and immediately sat in a booth so I could set down the car seat for my baby to sleep while I ordered. I ordered right from the table through the app and my food was brought out directly to the table within only a few minutes. I later went inside the playground area with my infant to play while my toddler was having a blast in the faux car and the big slide. I left my car seat, the extra sandwich to bring home for Dad, and our drinks on the table right in front of the playground ( could see through the glass). Well of course I got more involved in playing and stopped paying close attention to my table. When we went out and packed up, my sandwich was missing but drinks were still there. I asked Gale just to make sure it wasn't accidentally picked up thinking we had left despite the car seat in the booth. She confirmed no employees had picked it up and immediately took me over to the ordering area to get me a replacement sandwich. I know that ultimately it was my error for leaving the sandwich out where it could be snagged by a passerby but I was just so focused on the kids. Either way, Gale went to bat for me and got my sandwich replaced immediately. It felt wonderful knowing that the team at this restaurant supports families beyond just providing a great meal - they go the extra mile with keeping the indoor playground open and very clean, and give customer service to show you how truly valued you are as their customer. “I go here quite a bit at least once a week usually. It's the best deal on chicken and the best tasting Chicken in town especially on Monument. And there's a lot of competition here so that says a lot my favorite is the 8-piece thighs and legs rice and tortillas but everything here is pretty good I'm sure really really good chicken. And the prices are better than most“

The desks were mostly clean and there were plenty of space for you to sit down! The interior decor was great, but the food it could be a bit more warmer, as the mac and cheese tasted a bit on the lukewarm side, but the rest were very delicious, and the peach milkshake was very creamy and satisfied my sweet tooth!!! The cashier lovepreet was amazing he ran down all the promotions and if you have a phone number on file you can get discounts on food and gas etc. Offered me free Fuji water and everything they had to offer.... This is one of the happiest gas stations in San Ramon. Don't take my word for it, go see for yourself. There's a little old Chinese woman that works there she is sweet as pie.“
