“I almost didn’t want to share my review because I don’t want this place to get super packed lol. But this is the only place with the best and delicious happy hour special within the bishop center. Trust me, all the other ones are way over priced even for their “happy hour” prices. I only come here for drinks so I can’t review the food. I highly recommend the golden state margarita and the ambikas grove! Ps happy hour is from 4-6. You’re welcome “

“Every time I'm in the area, I make it a point to visit this lounge because it never disappoints. With over 25 brands to choose from, there’s truly something for everyone. The bowl they recommend is always fire and never fails to impress. Hands down, this is the best lounge to go to when you’re around—great atmosphere, great options, and consistently top-notch service. Highly recommend checking it out!“

“Always a busy place. Love the outdoor seating options for great weather and intimate conversations. Absolutely love the Raviolis and the drinks are top notch. Amanda always provides A* customer service. She’s friendly, attentive, and you feel cared for. She goes above and beyond and definitely tries to always provide outstanding customer service. “I was mistreated today in a way that I could not believe … just to have an idea: bar was closing at 2 am. I asked to go to bathroom before leaving. A very rude, unbelievable man, told me “go bathroom now and leave” I answered “ no problem, I can go to the bathroom in my house. Not a big deal” in front of everyone , he look at me and told me to leave …. So disrespectful that I cannot even believe. First time that I have such a bad experience at this club.“

“An absolutely mind blowing experience and meal. We went for brunch. We had the halva pancakes and pistachio French toast. The French toast was my favorite. The bread was crunch on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. Great drinks as well. DJs were awesome. Music really set the mood for a good brunch.“

“After a long day flying into Oakland from the east coast in December with bad weather, we arrived frazzled & tired but ok. Since we were on east coast time, we just wanted to eat & go to bed. Michael, a front desk attendant, gave us outstanding customer service - the best we have ever seen from a front desk staff. He went out of his way for us as they tried to help us figure out a way to get to Lake Tahoe in between blizzards. There was also a female front desk clerk who was helping also but I forgot her name. He went above and beyond to make our stay. Thank you, Michael. Room was your typical Courtyard. It is an older hotel & definitely needs an upgrade. Good local owned restaurant next door. Right off the interstate 580 & about 20-25 minutes’ drive to Oakland airport without traffic. Cons: Hotel charges for parking. Not sure if they have problems in the area, but it seemed to be safe. It seemed strange to pay for parking for a hotel in the suburbs.
