“Delicious pho in a relaxed setting. Broth was rich with a deep flavor. This is where you should go for a special occasion. Loads of beef in the pho, along with very fresh ingredients. There were quite a few varieties of beef pho on the menu, from single beef vaieties all the way to loaded varieties that carried ingredients like tripe. I strongly recommend this restaurant.“

“Joe's Pho Is really good I love it here! I always come here to eat, the soup is so delicious and full of good flavor. I ordered many pho from here and I try something different each time I go but the P4 and P7 are my usual orders. The short rib pho Is my favorite, tender rib and excellent taste, noodles are yummy and everything. I would also try the OX tail pho, that will fill you up. Great atmosphere with some cool hip hop music and dim lighting it feels very chill here and I love it!“

“Went tonight for the first time with my family after the tree lighting and it was a great experience. Music was soft, place was busy but not overcrowded, all the people were nice patrons and staff, and the food was good. I personally enjoyed the beef stew noodle soup dish and will definitely be back for more of that for sure.

Kid-friendliness: My wife and my two young children and myself attended. There were other families with young children we got to meet and greet throughout our dining experience and the staff incredibly kind and nice to our family especially our babies.“

We had grilled pork Vietnamese sandwiches, grilled pork vermicelli bowl, spring rolls, and BBQ pork and wonton pho. (can you tell we love grilled pork?) the pork was delicious! “I'm currently getting over a cold and needed some hot soup for lunch. I've driven past this place for the past year but never made the effort to come. I decided to change that today. The outside can be a little easy to miss as it's tucked away in an open strip mall, but parking is ample.

I was immediately seated as it was really packed for the lunch hour. The menu isn't huge on variety but in a good way. Too many restaurants try to pack too many items in, but this restaurant knows its identity and what they're good at. They stick to the classic Vietnamese dishes with little to no frills. I ended up with a bowl of beef pho with the rib bone. The food came out surprisingly quick which was excellent for those on a time crunch. The soup was flavorful and hot. They give you a good amount of meat and noodles. Side note - a lot of other pho places have been skimping on noodles lately.

Overall I was really impressed with the level of service and food. I would definitely be back to try other dishes. I was suggested to try the grilled chicken rice dish and the bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup). The decor is also really cute and trendy with a really laid back vibe. I definitely recommend it to anyone in the area for some good classic Vietnamese food.“

“A lot of places around here do decent pho, and this one is solid across the board. The beef pho is consistently good. The chicken has a slightly different style that works really well, especially when you’re not feeling great. The vegetarian is better than most pho spots manage, which is nice if you’re ordering for someone who doesn’t eat meat.

The bún bò Huế is also good, and I usually swap in egg noodles. Appetizers have all been fine.

I mostly stick to pho here and haven’t had a bad bowl.“

“Reviews are so good that I drove out from CV to get a banh mi and egg rolls. I got extra pate on a cold cut banh mi. Banh mi bread 8.5/10… crispy outside, soft inside, but I can tell it’s not the most fresh. The sandwich itself… 7/10 good amount of filling but bland tbh…Maybe get a bbq meat one instead of the cold cut? Got a banana latte too… not bad I enjoyed it. Prices were fair tho, I did like that. “This place is so lovely — their drinks are delicious. I went four days in a row just to try the different matcha flavors! I would recommend the banana cream and strawberry matcha. The Bahn Mi is also super yummy (and the large one is huge). The staff are friendly and efficient. I recommend stopping by if you’re ever at the library.“

“It is a working person pho place with loud people, quiet workers who ignore you until you wave for attention as they zoom by to drop off food to other people and race back to get other dishes served fresh and piping hot. Your table will be sticky, so just ask for more napkins to wipe it down.
