“Took my wife there today for the first time. We definitely will come back. Food was amazing and filling. Service was top notch. They place was clean and had a very welcoming environment. It's a definite must eat here if you are out this way!!!!!“
“This is the best taqueria in town! We tried 4 tacos; fish, pastor, carnitas, and asada. Fish was marinated and grilled, no batter. This delivered a moist and delicious taco where the fish really is a star. Pastor was shredded in a red sauce, messy and really savory. Caritas were perfectly crispy and porky. I stopped ordering asada because I was tired of gristly and tough cuts of steak this was tender, juicy and oh so grilled tasty. I'll be back often!“

“My family and I love Jimboy's Tacos. The staff is friendly and always recognized us when we walked in the door. I don't usually like fast food Burritos ( I make my own at home), I love Jimboy's burritos they taste like the burritos that my Mexican friends make. Unfortunately, we no longer live in California and there is no Jimboy's where we live. We really miss it and will definitely visit whenever we are California“

“I loved my breakfast burrito. It was big, reasonably priced, and piping hot. They have an awesome salsa bar, and a dessert selection that looks great. I'll stop in again on my next trip to Tahoe and try something else off of their extensive menu.“

“This was the only place open in the middle of the night so we were about little worried, but oh my goodness! Two of us are very picky eaters and I have eaten at many of these 24-hour Mexican drive-thrus, but this was seriously some of the best Mexican food I think I have ever had anywhere! The carne asada tacos were by far our favorite, but every one of our meals was so delicious and fresh.“

“Lots of great Mexican restaurants around but if you want a nice sit down and chat atmosphere then this is the place in Diamond Springs. We've been here several times and we're new to the area. Never been disappointed.
Update: Usually have the chimichanga and love it, tried the super nachos and am happy to have another tasty dish on my list. Next time, bacon avocado burger.“
