But after some reddit reading and persuasion from my bf, I bought a box of donuts. Quite expensive for donuts personally, but it was totally worth it!! The donuts are so fluffy. The texture is insanely good. The ones with filling are stuffed to the brim. So worth the cost! And the calories! Tried french cruller, glazed, chocolate glazed, raspberry filled, boston cream filled, peanut butter and jelly filled, along with cinnamon sugar. All of them were so amazing and they tasted so fresh!“

“Thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to the charming, highly-rated Hello You're Welcome café. They make and bake everything in house- you can even see the ovens. Really friendly staff with a slight hippie vibe. Some items were made with almond flour, like their giant chocolate chip cookie, so I had to skip them (allergic). I was pleasantly overwhelmed by a delicious gigantic frittata slice with bacon, onions, and tater tots inside. Togadachi coffee is really interesting: the beans were fermented with lavender. Extra sugar helped me adjust to the unique flavor. The wall full of retail items features coffee beans in VHS boxes, which is a first! I love their mugs and bought one to take home.“

“a late night beacon , fosters donuts is an oasis . i decided to go for a drive , nevermind it was 11 pm . up the 2 til it ended is where i ended up not sure how its just as it was . with out any other cars on the road it was easy to decide to take a look around this lil highway end town . glad i did because it was the lights i spotted first , lit up and sparkling , fosters donuts . i saw a few groups of people in the window which is always a good sign , a trusted establishment. once inside i immediately noticed that the cases were relatively bare except for say the random cinnamon roll or a few twists . luckily i noticed the racks in the back , full of fresh donuts ! i asked for one of the nearest ones , a cake donut . divine ! crispy outside soft warm inside , pleasantly spongy and very cakey . ive been to three weddings this summer and none of the cakes were as good as this . one of the best $1.80s ive spent this week . as LA slumbers fosters makes magic . i will be back very soon !“

“This place makes the most incredible breakfast sandwiches. They're hot. Chocolate and donuts are always fresh. When they make those breakfast sandwiches they make them with their own homemade and incredibly buttery croissants. One of the secret things that are not on the menu that I also recommend is their veggie sandwich comes with fresh avocado, red onions, large red tomatoes, cheese, jalapenos mayonnaise and they're very awesome and homemade secret salad dressing. They also sprinkle on Taiwanese pepper. The staff here is a family-owned business and the husband always gives my dog treats and my dog is super picky and who she likes and she loves him so very much. On our way home from some degeneracy and I got a jalapeno ham cheese croissant and some donuts. It was hot and fresh out the kitchen and straight into my mouth I could barely contain myself on the drive home.

Being from the East Coast and not being fans of the typical strong-tasting dark roasts served at West Coast coffee shops, we didn't expect to love the coffee! We ended up stopping in 3 mornings over our 6 nights in LA because those donuts and the medium roast drip coffee are THAT good! On our first visit, a tray of red velvet donuts came out as we were ordering. OMG, one of the best donuts we'd ever had! Definitely stop by. As fun as it was to take pictures of the decor and Trejo's face on everything, their products are damn delicious!“

“The online menu doesn’t show up online which is so annoying and I wish they would at least display what they sold because they don’t sell stock sandwiches like Starbucks or 711, they actually cook them for you and I usually get the plain bagel with cream cheese but everything is delicious when I’ve tried their other things. This is one of my all-time favorite Korean donut shops🍩❤️ It was my go-to spot in Korea, so when I found out they had a location in LA, I had to check it out right away. I’m amazed at how they’ve managed to keep the taste exactly the same! The dough is perfectly chewy, and the cream inside is lightly sweetened, making it absolutely delicious. Every flavor is great, but if you go, I highly recommend the pistachio, crème brûlée, and tiramisu—they’re an absolute must-try!❤️
