“Today I came in to try hello you’re welcome and I am so happy that I did. I’m glad this coffee shop popped up on my TikTok fyp. The staff is very friendly. The cashier is very welcoming and attentive. She made you feel like you were a close friend, it’s my bday week and she over heard and put a candle on my strawberry donut which I think is very thoughtful of her. The pastries are scrumptious. The ice vanilla latte was very good they garnish it with cinnamon. Not too bitter not to sweet just right. I will definitely come back. I love the 70s wallpaper, retro look inside. On our way home from some degeneracy and I got a jalapeno ham cheese croissant and some donuts. It was hot and fresh out the kitchen and straight into my mouth I could barely contain myself on the drive home.

Now it's nothing special and but given the context this was the best thing to end that night (morning?) with.

“This place is really good but they don't have all donuts available at the time they open. Went in around 540 (open at 5) and they only had cake donuts and old fashioneds.

“We found this place while driving around LA on a trip. As fans of Trejo, we had to stop. Being from the East Coast and not being fans of the typical strong-tasting dark roasts served at West Coast coffee shops, we didn't expect to love the coffee! We ended up stopping in 3 mornings over our 6 nights in LA because those donuts and the medium roast drip coffee are THAT good! On our first visit, a tray of red velvet donuts came out as we were ordering. OMG, one of the best donuts we'd ever had! Definitely stop by. As fun as it was to take pictures of the decor and Trejo's face on everything, their products are damn delicious!“
