“All I have to say is wow… this starbucks service is absolutely incredible! My little sister just turned 14 and wanted to get her birthday reward! The kind man named Brandon working the window went out of his way to make my sister smile with questions about her day! She went to the pirate show in brea and he said he went when he was around 13 and 14 too!

“I come here often and almost always have great connections with the partners who work the drive-thru. I especially like Emily, the young man with the curly light brown hair, a girl with glasses who is usually on bar and waves to me, and the young lady who helped me today. One of them wrote “Have a Passionate Day” on my Passion Tango tea which is my usual drink and it made me smile :)

I will avoid coming into the cafe moving forward as one of the young ladies who works the front cafe isn’t very friendly. Our last couple of interactions were lackluster and she is dismissive.“

Very courteous and professional, totally aware of her surroundings. She offered me a bag for my belongings and has been taking care of this line of customers like a boss. Barista Anthony is handling business back here as well. Very prompt and precise, I see that he is very accurate with his work.“

“This is a very consistent Starbucks location overall and service has always been friendly.

Drinks generally come out fine, never had a noteworthy issue with an order. Mobile order customization is generally accurate.

The service is probably my favorite part about this location, they've always been friendly and professional when I've gone through. They will sometimes staff someone outside to take orders which seems to speed up the drive-thru line, which is good considering the only negative I have for the location which is...

The location itself (geographically only!) is unfortunately one of the worst in the region; the parking lot is small and cramped, and during peak hours the drive-thru traffic will block anyone parked in the area that wants to get out. This Starbucks tends to be a busy location right next to one of the more major intersections, yet the infrastructure surrounding it does not support the demand on the business. I cannot detract anything from the store itself for this reason, but be mindful not to block other cars and expect the chance to be blocked yourself even exiting the drive-thru.“

“Brian is very kind and goes above and beyond customer service. Me and my boyfriend live in Rancho and we come all the way here to receive great customer service, warm food, and the best drinks. We could go to any Starbucks but decide to come here because they always make sure we’re taken care of. Nothing but positivity and big smiles. Stop by, won’t regret it.
