This Starbucks is right off the freeway and has a conference room, which I didn’t expect. So if you’re on the go and need somewhere to work/WIFI, this location is great.“

“We came here for the Baklava and Turkish delight. The honey Baklava was easily my favorite as it has a less harsh sweetness than the other kinds I tried. They were still amazing but the honey one just stood above the rest.
We also got a few kinds of Turkish delight the star definitely being the small rose ones that had wonderfully delicate rose flavor that avoided the pitfall of tasting like perfume.
For drinks we had the Pistachio late which sublime, perfectly roasted coffee and pistachio flavor. Also tried Mina's signature drink that was a rice pudding late with hazelnut flavor, it was very reminiscent of an horchata with different spices. I greatly enjoyed it.“

“Honestly this is the best Starbucks of ALL San Diego. The staff is so friendly and the line goes pretty fast especially during rush. Enna, is so sweet. She made me feel like a valued customer when she remembered my order and name and greeted me over the speaker. Lauren is so funny, my three year old asks for her all the time just to tell her hi. Jerimiah is so chill, always has the best drink recommendations when I cannot make up my mind and a sweet wonderful human being. Best Starbies hands down, with an amazing team!“

“Dutch bros is all over Central Valley, and since I’m new to SD area was super excited to find Dutch bros a little closer from CV area. However being new to the area, had no idea this was still under construction. Wished there was some eye catching notification that it’s still closed when I searched for the nearest Dutch Bros.

My reason for only 4 stars is, I’ve sent multiple emails asking for the projected month they plan on opening, and I got nothing. Any helpful comments would be appreciated. I don’t live in El Cajon.“

“It's hit and miss here. Seems it really just depends on the time of day, and who your barista is. Some days they are really quick, and amazing service. Other days, they are down to one person and very slow, and the drinks are sub par. Overall it's descent, but they could work on staff coverage, and not burning coffee.“

“Christy's donuts in El Cajon has the best donuts. They don't have a shiny new store like that other place in Santee, but they have better tasting donuts the owner and his family run the shop and they are so very nice.

Instead of cakes, we've started treating ourselves to Christy's donuts.
