“This place is the best! We’re from Colorado and we found this place three years ago when we were visiting. We’ve dreamt about their fish and shrimp tacos ever since, so we make it a point to stop by whenever we’re in San Diego. This last trip was no different. We even went twice this year because they recommended their garlic and butter fish and shrimp tacos and they’re to die for (along with everything else we’ve had). While they do have outdoor seating available, we ate in our car because we had our pup with us. When we went back, they even said they remembered us. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, the place is clean and the food is tasteful. We just wish they would bring their truck to Denver so we could have them more often!“

“I stop here every time I’m in this side of my neighborhood. Take the 15 freeway and Exit El Cajon Blvd, go East a few blocks but don’t pass Menlo Ave. Look for Fish and Birria signs waving. They have the whole parking lot just drive in! I usually have two or three Fish tacos (w/o crema) and a pop then they usually know when I’m done because my to-go order is hot and ready!! My grandson is very picky but he looks forward to their Carne Asada Quesa taco’s. I’ve tried a lot off their menu and have never been disappointed, ever. They also GIVE you a “Consommé” which is actually a small portion of their seafood soup not just the fluid, I’ve had whole shrimp in mine many times and small pieces of fish. They’re not stingy with their variety of hot salsas/chili pods and garnishes (limes, cilantro, onions and pickled onions. Lots of ice cold canned and bottled drinks to choose from. This is my only food truck I trust 100% and love their quality of cooking. You’ll agree too once you try them out!“

“This place has been pulling up to my apartment almost weekly and I decided to give it a shot tonight. Admittedly I wasn’t expecting much, I was wrong. IT.WAS.AMAZING. I have lived in San Diego for my whole life and this was hands down the best quality quesabirra tacos I’ve had from a taco truck. Food was amazing price for the portion size. Definitely will be back to try more! Oh and the churros are really good too!

She came and set up her taco trailer in our front yard and everyone loved her homemade tortillas, carne asada, pollo asada and al pastor. Awesome food and service!“

“First time having BBQ at Bowlegged BBQ. portion are large had the Ribs , Mac n Cheese, Coleslaw, Sweet Corn Bread. Ribs were so good, Coleslaw was refreshing but had a little kit of spice ? ?, Mac n Cheese was also good. The sweet corn bread was so amazingly delicious that I never had one so sweet n moist like the one I had at this place. Defently recommend this place and will come back.“

Zoe's Place Food Truck provided all of the food, for the 100s of attendees, mostly business professionals in the community!
