“In a time when it's really hard to find decent customer service, I always get really great customer service here! Orders are always done quickly, accurately, and are always delicious! The place is always clean and staff are friendly every time I go. Thank you!“

“I wanted to get a head start on holiday traffic but still had to work on my laptop for a few hours and needed a little bit of quiet. This Starbucks is right off the freeway and has a conference room, which I didn’t expect. So if you’re on the go and need somewhere to work/WIFI, this location is great.“

“Honestly this is the best Starbucks of ALL San Diego. The staff is so friendly and the line goes pretty fast especially during rush. Enna, is so sweet. She made me feel like a valued customer when she remembered my order and name and greeted me over the speaker. Lauren is so funny, my three year old asks for her all the time just to tell her hi. Jerimiah is so chill, always has the best drink recommendations when I cannot make up my mind and a sweet wonderful human being. Best Starbies hands down, with an amazing team!“

“This is definitely a neighborhood coffee shop. The customers were often called by name which I think is very nice. The clerk did not take our name so I'm not quite sure who would be grabbing the coffee if two people ordered the same thing. Also, there was a Mile code that looked like a cleaning area but I think it was also the bathroom but the alcove was dark and not inviting. Perhaps it was missing a light bulb that would be an easy fix.“

“It's hit and miss here. Seems it really just depends on the time of day, and who your barista is. Some days they are really quick, and amazing service. Other days, they are down to one person and very slow, and the drinks are sub par. Overall it's descent, but they could work on staff coverage, and not burning coffee.“

“It was early Sunday morning. I had a juice and my companion had her favorite, a coffee something or another. From the time we pulled into the street she began smiling knowing what she was getting. The service was pleasant, efficient, but not pushy. An enjoyable way to start a Sunday morning in El Cajon.

Parking: Plenty of vacant spots, each just a few steps from the door.

Kid-friendliness: While.we.didnt see any children, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

Wheelchair accessibility: Flat even surfaces and plenty of open space inside to maneuver.“

“Closest Starbucks to where I reside. Drive thru is available. Little bit of a wait for a beverage at times, other times in and out real quick. Always clean beverages that taste good and wake me up. Big team that works here-they seem productive. Overall a more positive than negative view of this Starbucks.“

“I always have a pleasant visit everytime I come to this location. I vibe well with all the staff there. I want to acknowledge the whole crew yet there were 3 that were super today. My usual was always the Frappes of many choices but this time I decided to have "Nani" decide for me. First time I ever had Chai. I don't remember which kind of Chai but it just might be my new favorite.Vay and Samantha were lovely to have around, they don't treat me like a paycheck at all. Everyone there treats me like a friend at best.This will always be my favorite Starbucks to commute through!!“

“I received a pleasant surprise! I have always enjoyed Starbucks, but today, I wanted something decaffeinated that wasn't coffee-ish! The staff suggested I try their passion tea but with added lemonade. When I got to the service window, the very courteous staff member said, "There's no charge whenever we recommend our favorites to a customer. Just tell us later if you did/didn't like it!" Well, that free drink was crisp and refreshing! Good service doesn't get any better than that! Kudos, Team-Starbucks! ✔️“

Love this SB but if you're in a hurry go inside. The drive-thru is slower than slow usually no matter the time of day. However, and upside to that is the Baristas working the window is always happy to serve and has a smile!“

“I was broke and just looking to chill for the rest of the night. I had a rather difficult day but the manager saved me. Told me he had my back, gave me a coffee on the house and that made the day not so bad. Great crew, atmosphere and remember you're the "BOSS"!^_^

Parking: Big lot with free parking all over you'll find a spot easily.

Kid-friendliness: The staff easily accommodated parents with kids.“
