Starbucks in El Cajon

“I wanted to get a head start on holiday traffic but still had to work on my laptop for a few hours and needed a little bit of quiet. This Starbucks is right off the freeway and has a conference room, which I didn’t expect. So if you’re on the go and need somewhere to work/WIFI, this location is great.“

“In a time when it's really hard to find decent customer service, I always get really great customer service here! Orders are always done quickly, accurately, and are always delicious! The place is always clean and staff are friendly every time I go. Thank you!“

“Morgan helped me with my order for Food, Drinks and 3 cake pops. The polar bear cake pops were a hit with my Grandchildren.
Service was excellent and she has a great personality.

Fatima did an excellent job with my order in the drive thru. I ordered several food items and several drinks all perfect. I enjoy this Starbucks even though it is not the closest to my home. Fatima made my whole day with her friendly attitude and she is the reason I will continue returning to this Starbucks.

“Exceptional coffee house! Sincerely friendly service even at 5am; accuracy is crazy good, though service anywhere is best when it includes this level of kindness. My annoyingly picky coffee-snob older brother from Denver loves this location for their cappuccino; otherwise, he drags me to any number of local shops where a heavy dose of attitude and sarcasm is served up, even though I didn’t order it. San Diego chill vibes with expert service. LOVE the baristas, the service and the vibes here. 🌈 ☮️ ☕️“

“I always have a pleasant visit everytime I come to this location. I vibe well with all the staff there. I want to acknowledge the whole crew yet there were 3 that were super today. My usual was always the Frappes of many choices but this time I decided to have "Nani" decide for me. First time I ever had Chai. I don't remember which kind of Chai but it just might be my new favorite.Vay and Samantha were lovely to have around, they don't treat me like a paycheck at all. Everyone there treats me like a friend at best.This will always be my favorite Starbucks to commute through!!“

“My wife and I stopped in on October 25 near closing. One of the employees, a young male, opened the door for us, and I asked if they were open since it was late and most places were closed. He assured us they were and let us in. The pastries had been put away, but he still offered us some, which was awesome since we needed something sweet to perk us up.
He took our order, gave us our pastries and our drinks, and got us back on our two-hour drive home. He was extremely friendly and professional. I don't typically do reviews, but the service that compelled me to write this. I hope this young man gets the recognition he well deserves.“

“It's hit and miss here. Seems it really just depends on the time of day, and who your barista is. Some days they are really quick, and amazing service. Other days, they are down to one person and very slow, and the drinks are sub par. Overall it's descent, but they could work on staff coverage, and not burning coffee.“

“This is definitely a neighborhood coffee shop. The customers were often called by name which I think is very nice. The clerk did not take our name so I'm not quite sure who would be grabbing the coffee if two people ordered the same thing. Also, there was a Mile code that looked like a cleaning area but I think it was also the bathroom but the alcove was dark and not inviting. Perhaps it was missing a light bulb that would be an easy fix.“

Love this SB but if you're in a hurry go inside. The drive-thru is slower than slow usually no matter the time of day. However, and upside to that is the Baristas working the window is always happy to serve and has a smile!“

“Closest Starbucks to where I reside. Drive thru is available. Little bit of a wait for a beverage at times, other times in and out real quick. Always clean beverages that taste good and wake me up. Big team that works here-they seem productive. Overall a more positive than negative view of this Starbucks.“

“I was broke and just looking to chill for the rest of the night. I had a rather difficult day but the manager saved me. Told me he had my back, gave me a coffee on the house and that made the day not so bad. Great crew, atmosphere and remember you're the "BOSS"!^_^

Parking: Big lot with free parking all over you'll find a spot easily.

Kid-friendliness: The staff easily accommodated parents with kids.“
