Note: This is a food stand that pops up at places, not sure if the physical address they list on their website actually serves food. After trying the dan dan noodles at a vegan pop-up market today, I can not stop thinking about them! The noodles, the OmniPork, the crisp veggies. Amazing. My boyfriend had the spring rolls and really liked them. I am looking forward to trying the rest of the menu because the whole menu looks fantastic! The staff was super friendly, and the portions were generous. Who can complain about vegan Chinese food? I can not, as it is challenging to find and is one of my favorite cuisines....read full review
