McDonald's in El Monte

“I rarely give high ratings on reviews. I usually leave one star rating and talk about the truth. However, this McDonald's might be one of the best I've ever been to. I usually order my food on the app and wait at the pick up spot. They are always prompt. Today, I saw a long line at the drive thru and a lot of people parked at the pick up spots even though they just went in to get food(maybe they can't read the signs? Or just being selfish because there were plenty of other parking spaces) anyways, I ended up putting my pick up parking spot no. 5(only 4 spots all packed with selfish beings) and the spot Im at has no pick up sign. They came out after 10 mins(which I didnt expected because many people were there today) . And the staff gave me my food he said he knew what i meant by putting spot 5. The food was also fresh. When I have app issue, the staff helped me with my food at the counter very promptly as well, they were not impatient and mean like the McDonald's at Rosemead/duarte.“

“My grandson loves McDonalds breakfast sandwiches! His favorite is the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese McGriddle and orange juice. The service was very slow and we waited almost 10 minutes for our food. Again, we visited McDonald's in El Monte. The drive-through service was terrible. We waited nearly 15 minutes to get to the pay window.“
