I ordered the coconut frozen yogurt along with the chocolate one. It was very addictive not to mention they have a whole different variety which I'm looking forward to try. And the topings? They have a lot.“

“I have been going to Porto's since the 1980's..the one in Glendale. How elated I was with having them being in Northridge where I live. The food is terrific and the lines go fast due to a tremendous quick system they have. The catering for parties has never let us down and people you have invited that never have experienced Portos are thrilled. The cakes are delicious. What I do miss is not having the individual cake slices for purchase so you can experience the taste. They only have the neapolitan, Parisian, and carrot for slices. I've seen the menu change over time and do miss some of the items.“

“i was in need of a tres lèches cake and because this place had such good reviews on it i decided to try it out. they don’t let you place pre orders over the phone and require you to come in. i thought that was a little frustrating but then i realized it’s because when you pre order they require you to either pay half of it or pay in full right away.

i ordered the cake for the next day and they were able to do it which was extremely helpful. the cake was very delicious so i can totally see why people like it so much. i paid about 55 for an 8-inch round tres leches cake

the only downside (which i had seen in other reviews) is in the 30 minutes it took for me to get home from the bakery, the cake had leaked a lot of milk and leaked onto my car seat. later in the day, when we were taking the cake out of the box to put on a a plate, the cake had shifted a little, messing up the frosting and the spilled milk had completely soaked the box making it extremely difficult to get the cake out. the little cardboard piece the cake sits on was soaked so trying to separate that piece with the cardboard box too was very hard. thankfully, this wasn’t a fancy super intricate cake so i wasn’t that frustrated but i can totally understand why this factor is a huge negative for people“

“Everything I ever had from Vienna Pastry is beyond delicious. The staff is wonderful. My favorite cookie in the entire world is made by this fabulous bakery. I live in PA and I never make a trip to CA without several stops at Vienna Pastry. The owner, Jaleh Rahban, is one of the kindest ladies I have ever met. I recommend this shop to everyone. Ivory's made it super easy to make sure all dietary needs were covered, and the cupcakes were gorgeous and delicious. Ivory even helped me get them to my car which was much appreciated! I called the studio city location for a refund on those since I had no time to go back to the bakery before the party (please open a location in Santa Clarita @susiesarich 😂). Instead, they same day delivered my cupcakes PLUS sent additional cookies and Mother’s Day treats for no additional cost to me😭❤️ I was SO amazed by the gracious customer service. “Julian delivered outstanding customer service during an incredibly busy rush at Cold Stone. Despite a full establishment and a steady stream of customers continuing to come in, he remained completely focused on giving every single person an excellent experience. He worked quickly without ever rushing, making sure each order was done right the first time.

Even with a long line, Julian took his time at the register to ensure accuracy, double-checking orders and even asking if we had a punch card to use, something that could easily be overlooked when working solo under pressure. His professionalism, attention to detail, and calm demeanor stood out and made the experience enjoyable for everyone waiting.

I honestly couldn’t help but feel for him being on his own-he definitely could have used some support but he handled it all with efficiency and a positive attitude.

Boss man, take note and recognize this hardworking employee; dedicated workers like Julian are hard to come by these days.
