The lobster quality is great with thick claw meat and a nice sized pickle. The tomato bisque isn't bad, but I'll try the clam chowder next time.

Good Lobster is hard to come by since COVID. On splurge days, this is a really good choice. The people are cool too.“

​It wasn't just food; it was a religious experience. The broth... oh, the broth... was clearly simmered using the tears of a thousand happy deities. The noodles were so perfectly al dente, I think they whispered secrets of the universe to me. And the pork? The pork transcended the physical realm. I'm pretty sure I heard Enya singing softly as I took the first bite.
​I don't know who is running that kitchen, but they are clearly wizards, and they owe us all nothing. This isn't a meal; it's a personality transplant. I left Maru feeling like I could run a marathon, solve world peace, and probably parallel park perfectly on the first try.

“Had a great meal at Sun Nong Dan Sawtelle tonight. We ordered the #3 and #10 soups, and both were absolutely delicious—rich, flavorful, and super comforting. The portion sizes were incredibly generous, easily enough to share or take some home for later. Our server Moses was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Overall a really enjoyable experience with great food and great service. Definitely looking forward to coming back!“

“We had a great experience at our first time visit here. We celebrated my son's birthday and brought in a cake. The food was amazing except for the Alaskan salmon that they substituted from what we originally ordered. They have an all day happy hour on Monday to Thursday. The service was excellent and the servers even sang happy birthday when they brought out the cake. The place was nice and clean and it wasn't crowded when we dined. The only problem was the people on the next table were too loud and there was no wall dividing them to our table so the guy sitting behind my son's girlfriend keeps on bumping into her every time he moved. We will definitely go back here.“

“I love eating here! The service is always so awesome. I love that it's tucked away, and every time I've brought someone to eat here they don't expect that the restaurant is here. As for the food, it's DELICIOUS! My son is picky, and even he couldn't deny how good the food is. The ramen is amazing, it's so good and the portions are hearty. I usually end up getting a ramen combo with a chashu bowl. Now, I get to eat there AND have delicious leftovers. “Glad Hurry Curry has reopened after closing their Sawtelle location. if you are new and don't know what to order, try the chicken cutlet curry and the Chicken pasta with Alfredo sauce. The curry is bold and savory. make sure to request picked vegetables for the curry. the chicken pasta is also rich and savory. both dishes complement each other without repeating the same experience. the portions are large so bring friends or bring home plenty of portions for leftovers.“

“This is my absolute favorite place to get Lebanese and Armenian food that tastes exactly like my grandma‘s home cooking. I have been coming here for years and can attest to how delicious and fresh everything here is. I have the pleasure of meeting the owner today, Peter, who showed me all around the different aisles and gave me advice on how to prep Everything for it to taste the best. “we have been going to this restaurant for a long time. we love their food But we noticed that they changed the portion size! We understand that everything is getting expensive but they made portion size way little. I ordered vegetarian quesadilla and always ordered and my husband ordered torta and both orders came out too small!! they barely put vegetables inside so we really did not like it!“

“Food is always good here and service as well. I love the endless soup with their meals. Lunch time is a great bargain. Wish they'd have have the option of the sandwiches coming on Italian bread than just all on the bread sticks but they are still pretty good for the price. I go for the meatball sand because it's a cheaper bargain price and I thought it was much better tasting than the chicken sandwich which was about the same as you'd get at Burger King. My wife and I come to Olive Garden mostly when they have the GET ONE TAKE ONE HOME DEAL. Can't beat that. The only reason I don't give this place 5 stars is because all their chicken is not that good and is the same yuck kind you can get at any fast food joint. The meatballs are great. But then if you want to add them to you spaghetti dinner, they charge an extra $3 for 3 meatballs or sausage even. Then that makes spaghetti & meatballs come to about $16 and that is overpriced imo. On some visits the spaghetti sauce is caked with thick tomato slices in it and no other options because it's all made that day. Some days the sauce is more meaty and then the next visit tons of too much tomato slices and it's all watery. Also, being a bigger guy, almost every time we've been here, it's been a bit embarrassing being seated at booths that don't fit me and then having to move and I think the host or hostess should know better and know their tables. Otherwise this is a place we go to for lunch and only for dinner when they have the buy one take one home deal.“

Their togo packaging is top tier. Insulated bags and followed the instructions I put in the notes.

Family is sick right now so no grocery shopping and no cooking. We rarely order Chinese because of togo quality sometimes but today we were craving.

Super glad we chose here. The food was delicious, it came hot and ready to eat, no reheating needed. The chicken dishes were really good and not just all breading. Flavor great and not too greasy. The bbq pork chow fun was better than expected. Full on pork slices so tender and not dry! And we shared the hot sour soup, but i ate most of it. It was so good!

When we feel better and are up for chinese again, definitely will try this place in person.“
