“Delicious and authentic ramen. But the wait was way tooo long… I didn’t read about the long wait in the reviews, so I think I should share my experience. I didn’t expect to go there and wait for an hour outside the ramen shop…. That plaza has no interesting shops to hang out, so it’s quite boring and cold in November. Btw it’s a Saturday night. We have only 2 people, but we waited 1 hour….

“Love love love this place! I love pretty much anything that I try here! My go to is the buffalo chicken wrap and my husband loves the shrimp po boy~ The burgers are awesome and we've tried some burgers and sandwiches also and are never disappointed. I love that all is made in house daily!
The bathroom could use a little tlc and I wish they were open on Sundays and Mondays ~ other than that a full 5 stars for me.“

“It was about noon as I left my Doctors office and feeling a little hungry. I say Pegah’s Kitchen next door and gave it a try. The staff were all very professional. I had their Italian omelette and if I had to rate it on a one to 10 scale with 10 being the best, I would give it a 12. This is the Vista location. Highly recommend this place for breakfast and lunch, as they are not open for dinner.“

If you're into fancy places, this restaurant may not be for you; but if you're into great service, great food, and getting your money's worth, then I highly recommended this pleasant surprise in the heart of Escondido. This restaurant accommodates vegans, vegetarians, and meat-eaters. There is a vegan/vegetarian menu, and anything vegetarian can also be made vegan. Generous sized tacos are served on homemade tortillas. (I prefer the flour). The average person will need 2 tacos to get full and 3 to get stuffed. Spicy and delicious green and red salsas are offered. (My favorite is the flavorful, smoky, red salsa, but I may choose the green salsa depending on the taco). I am a vegan who used to be vegetarian. I have tried most of their vegetarian and vegan menu items. Below is my review. My favorite vegan taco, and favorite taco overall, is the buffalo zucchini taco. This taco is topped with vegan ranch and buffalo sauce, so I do not recommend adding any salsa. A large piece of perfectly breaded zucchini, the star of the show, is accompanied by spiraled carrots, sliced celery, spring mix, and other fresh veggies. My second favorite vegan taco is the avotaco made vegan. Because this taco does not contain cheese, the only vegan substitute that is the aioli. I recommend the green salsa and substituting the corn tortilla for flour. This taco comes with a large slices of avocado tempura style and fresh veggies. MY favorite vegetarian taco, and my former favorite taco overall, is the chile relleno. If you love cheese, you will be thrilled with the explosion of cheese stuffed inside a breaded chile, accompanied by spring mix and other fresh veggies. The red salsa is amazing with this taco. I have tried the vegan version of this taco, and while still good, I am not the biggest fan of vegan cheeses and usually avoid them. My second favorite vegetarian taco would have to be the avotaco mentioned above or the portobellini, which is full of cheesy mushroom goodness. This taco pairs well with the red salsa. I have not tried it vegan style, as again, I am not a fan of vegan cheeses. Other items I love: elote Other items that were okay: Chapis rolls, soyviche, beans Other items that I do not love: vegan pastor, french fries“

“We came here for my friend’s birthday happy hour and had such a great experience. The patio is super cute and perfect for relaxing with drinks and apps. We tried the calamari, oysters, and potato skins—all delicious. I had their on-tap blonde beer (the name escapes me, but it was fantastic), plus a Brig Margarita and a tequila soda—everything hit the spot. The happy hour deals are solid, and the staff could not have been nicer. Definitely coming back!“

“What a delightful afternoon we had here! We did a 4-flight tasting with a choice between 6 white and 6 red varieties. The staff was so friendly, laid back, and helpful. We sat on the patio with a view of the valley listening to a musician play guitar and sing. Highly recommend this place!“

“I was there for an event the other night. I let the staff at the front know that I was vegan in case I should have to order something different from the set menu. But they were so kind and accommodating, they made me my very own veggie platter. Everything was so delicious too! I will definitely be back for dinner. The food is AMAZING, horchata is amazing, the employees are really kind and I appreciate that they are following COVID guidelines not letting anyone inside...food is either ordered to go or there are a few tables outside you can sit at. “It's one of our favorite brunch spots in North County! The menu is filled with yummy options. I haven't found anything on the menu that I would recommend yet! The fried green tomatoes and okra are good starters. The scrambles and stuffed french toast are our go-to favorites. They will bring a little bowl of huckleberries to your table, so don't forget to ask for some. They are soooo yummy, especially with a biscuit.

“This is an amazing winery. Stumbled upon this gem after spending the day at the Safari Zoo Park. Wonderful wines (didn’t taste a bad one and hard to choose a favorite) and ambiance. Loved it so much that we became members of the Thirsty Kettle Club and shipped 6 fabulous bottles home. We spent some time talking w the owner, Jeannine…so personable and a true class act. Told us of the story of how they came about, what an incredible family story. To Mike the winemaker: great job!! Your bottles are fabulous!!! ❤️“

I pulled in from the back and didn't see the designated parking spaces for pickup, so when the DoorDash app said my order was ready, I walked into the doors on the left side (the wrong ones), but I found some fortune cookies and stickers, so that was good. There's a doorbell by the designated pickup spaces. I got two shakes, two sides, two burgers, and two desserts. Using a $10 off promo code on DoorDash, the damage was $67.82. That normally would be too expensive for me because I'm a victim of the Great American Higher Education Scam and a Corrupt System run by the Incompetent. But because I won a $100 DoorDash gift card in an Instagram contest, it was technically free.“

“The Menu here is a bit of a challenge if it's you 1st time here. I went here because i went to the movies at the Regal. The food was good but not something i would rave to friends about so i could only give 4 stars. Service was good and fast but maybe because i dont speak spanish i felt lik they could really care less that i was eating there. I got Fish tacos and one had multiple pieces like the fish broke apart, but the second one was much better. One piece of fish, Super crunchy and lots of sauce cabbage and Salsa. This was my 1st time here and i will try the Veggie Burrito next time to see if its a better value.“

“I would like to start by always commending the staff on being friendly and attentive.

Parking is plentiful when it’s not busy and getting something to go is just as good as getting it to eat there.

I enjoy getting the bagels to make breakfast sandwiches at home and will continue coming back.

Note, the parking spots are little small and tight so if you have a larger vehicle I would suggest going when it’s not too busy.“
